carrick is better than people give him credit for tbh
u paid alot for anderson never really had a full season of being a starter maybe he could step up hes shown signs
ideally ud get a sneijder/modric but they just so hard to sign u have to have faith in some of ur own players sometimes
Admittedly, Carrick is very good as is Fletcher. I'm not neccessarilly talking a world class midfielder who we have to pay millions for.
But we do need another body in the midfield to cover injuries, and smaller games if Carrick is to be the one to perform in big games.
A dependable Central Midfield player, I dont know like Palacios.
palacios is well down the pecking order at spurs u could probs get him
giggs has played CM alot and been brilliant for u even if hes very old lol
