I’m not convinced Zidane is a better manager than Ole. I think he had the best player and team in his first stint at Madrid, and I think he’s a good motivator and was able to build an amazing team spirit, which to be honest is probably the one thing Ole is good at.
Not convinced Zidane is much of a tactician, which I feel is what’s required to overcome Klopp, Pep and Tuchel.

Zidane great tactician? By his own admission, and by anyone that knows anything, that's isn't the case. What he is, is a very good manager of people. Which won't be easy at United if he doesn't speak English.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Anyone who watches Real Madrid can see he is a great tactician In fact he is more of a tactician in the SAF/ Mourinho mould than system manager like Guardiola.
For all accounts Bielsa can't speak English yet his teams outplayed City/ Liverpool and managed a respectable finish with Championship level players

Zidane won the La Liga withour Ronaldo last year. He is a very good tactician and a man manager. He is the right kind of manager to overcome the likes of Pep/ Klopp.
All those coaches are used to training top level players though.
I think they'll struggle it they tip up at Carrington and see the squad littered with mainly championship level players. Will be a trip into the unknown.
