Interested to see Wolves being linked with Barcelona forward Martin Braithwaite who I thought looked a useful player at the euros. Barca have signed Depay and Aguerro in the summer and reports say Braithwaite could be available for €15m. Be very good cover for Raul although I would like to see Rafa Mir play for Spain in the olympics where I reckon he could make a big impact and be the ideal man for the job if he was up for returning to the uk

Just noticed that our pre season friendly against Las Palmas kicks off at 9:30 in the morning on Monday 26th. Different.

That's not uncommon Gem, as there will be two completely different squads. Could be a mixture in both sides, with first teamers playing alongside some U23's, which would give Bruno a good look at all his players.

I think we should wait on cover for Jimenez, as we have Fabio, who was improving last season. I'd hate to see him drop to #3 in the pecking order. Good to see Dadashov on the subs bench along with Cutrone. So for me, that's cover enough. I'd rather spend any extra money strengthening our midfield.

Braithwaite was a much better player than I expected going into the Euros and possibly one of Denmark's stars of the tournament.

Unfortunately had to pull the plug on coming back this week for the wedding as Boris is a massive he is quite happy for folks to have a holiday day 'to see loved ones' but he completely forgot the millions of expats who haven't been able to come home with ease for 18 months who despite being vaccinated still have to spend a week in quarantine.

Not sure why there’s a kick off delay. Usually that’s because of crowds not getting in on time, but there’s no away fans there and not many home fans.

Wonder if it’s down to checking of covid passports at the turnstiles which if becoming the norm will be an absolute nightmare in crowds of 30,000
