Wolves were due to fly back to the uk tomorrow but as the training camp has gone so well they are evidently staying there until later in the week. And Coady and Traore might be asked to fly out to join them for a few days

I wonder what criteria the club use to determine that the training camp has gone so well, that it's worth extending it by a few days?

If anyone watched the games that Moutinho was involved in during the Euros, they wold have noticed how effective he can be and I'm sure will be a big influence this season. Unless we find someone better, I'd be starting him even though he may not last the whole 90 mins.

I'd go one further, and start the best player we have in every position.

Be good to keep both and add another in midfield. Traore the best option to sell if we need to generate funds.

Only problem with Moutinho is his wages are really high. He is probably the highest paid player.

Thought so.

Think Mosquera was certainly the main player to catch the eye tonight. But there was promising performances by Hoever who took his goal really well and Gibbs White who looks most comfortable in a number 10 position. Bueno gave away the 3rd goal but otherwise did well. With Marcal regularly playing full back and Ait Nouri on the wing, have they given up on RAN as a defender?

Wonder if they will randomly split the players up for the Stoke and Coventry games next week. Do think they need to give some match time to whatever Lage feels is his strongest 11. Yet to see how he will use Coady and Traore. Doubtless be a strong team for the Celta Vigo game but is one game enough to adopt to what the new manager wants. Because of players joining the squad at different times the 3 friendlies so far have seen very bitty performances and the Leicester game isn’t so far away now
