Really struggle to see why you persist lumping Martinez and ESR in with players you think Arteta has done wrong by. It’s really odd.
Now I see you’ve started to add Willock too. For padding reasons? Why not add Nketiah, Bellerin and - as Bats laughably did yesterday - Cedric too.
In reality any ‘Arteta done ‘em wrong’ list should actually read:
AMN
Saliba
But that doesn’t look quite so impressive, I guess.
Ha!
Nelson
Still, even with him there’s a suggestion it was his decision not to go on loan last season.

Thats because I don't think you've understood, or rather I have explained properly my criticisms of Arteta here. In consulting its known as the 'soft' management skills to be able to manage people who are different to you.
In my opinion both ESR and Emi need an arm around the shoulder. Emi wanted assurances to be first choice and ESR the same about his position. I don't think Emi got that and I don't think ESR is getting that. This is why I included them because I don't think its straight forward relationship with either.
Now I see you’ve started to add Willock too.
-----------------------------------
For similar reasons. Willock looked lost in many games and very much needed hands on management that I think he got with Bruce and hasn't with Arteta.
I was very vocal with how badly he treated Aubameyang around his mother's illness and the subsequent issues with tardiness.
Although posters have labelled Arteta dictatorial, I don't think its that. I think he has difficulty dealing with people who don't match his behavioural ideals. (for example if he didn't need mollycoddling why should others need it?)
Yeah, I think it’s safe to assume Arteta is not an arm-round-the-shoulder manager. Which, even if he is as good a coach as we’re led to believe, could ultimately hinder his chances of being a success in that role.
I’d really love to know how involved with Sterling and Foden’s development at City though. Maybe he felt he was more able to become closer to the players as an assistant manager than he now can as head coach / manager?
I credit a lot of Saka's improvement to Arteta. Remember when I compared Saka to Sterling at the same age? I think Saka could be even better.
But again they are almost no miss. But those players are almost generational talents. Wenger was great at spotting them worldwide. I think the closest to his ability in that is Zorc.
We have a lot of players who are just below that and tbh thats really important when considering the managerial skills that Arsenal need.
Which is why I want us to get an attacking experienced manager who has some idea of youth management or 'B' team management.
Mat Ryan signing for Sociedad.
Kinda hoped he’d sort our no. 2 position out next season.
Arteta wants an all English team so he doesn't booed. Expect Ramsdale eventually.

??? I don’t even rate Cedric but for him to go from regular starter to being binned by Chambers clearly suggests there is an issue between him and the manager
Or perhaps Arteta has realised he’s just not that good.
Shame he didn’t realise that during his first 6 months loan spell and had to wait until we handed him a 4 year contract worth £60-70k/week
