I think if we get our transfer targets sorted (I.e. Varane and Camavinga on top of Sancho) it becomes a make or break season for Ole. There really would be no excuse for us not to be delivering a sustained title challenge at the very least.
We need to be challenging for the title this season and within a good chance with 5 games to go. Also winning a cup as you'd say is badly overdue.
No reason we shouldn't be improving, epscially if we do get Sancho and Varane, the issue is how will other's do?
I think Chelsea and Liverpool will be better than last season, City right up their (a lot depends if they get a striker). They are realistically our main rivals (no dispresect to others).
A big issue as always will be our midfield, will Pogba stay and if so will Ole get the best out of him?
There's always surprises although a pre season will defintely help everyone, especially as clubs aren't having to travel all over the world to do them.
I think the top four will be as last season, but I'm not sure of the order. If I were pushed, I think you can win the PL this coming season.
My hope for us (Leeds) is to be in the mix for a Europa League place, but I think that will be Leicester, West Ham and Spurs again, so if we finish 8th/9th with more points on the board than least season, I'll be happy.
I'd like to see us take the FA/Carabao Cup more seriously this time as we have a better depth of quality in our squad.
Until the McFred issue is address. We are winning nothing.

Pogba needs to be added into this too. Mctomminay scored more goals last season than Pogba has in his last two combined. He's not above criticism by any means. In fact I think he gets an easy ride from a lot of you.
The midfield still isn't right however we dress it though. I wouldn't be upset to lose any of them.
As per the norm I will reserve my expectations until the summer window is shut.
We need to start seeing deals getting done and players leaving the club.
Not sure how Utd will do.
I don't think as well as last year in terms of points, there were a good few games which were very fine margins and I am not rating the midfield. More signings could be made though. Utd really need Bruno to become a footballer again, he's been woeful this calendar year.
I think City will get stronger. Huge fan of Torres and after a year settling I think he is going to rip it up. If they get a striker in such as Kane I really do think they will be very hard to stop.
City
Liverpool
Chelsea
Utd
Would be my guess.
Are there signs that Liverpool have fixed their fatigue issues? Also how soon are your defenders getting back?
Haaland off to Chelsea apparently. If City get Grealish we need to hope Sancho hits the ground running and we make the best of our great fixture list opening fixtures and set the tone.
it males me laugh when people say " oh we must have a sustained title push because we may sign this player and that player". its almost as if noone is expecting a superior city side to not sign a single player and improve themselves
"Haaland off to Chelsea apparently"
Any credible sauce?

Only Craig Bushmouse but he’s never let me down
Pepper sauce on steak is the only credible one.
the bigger issue could be in the next couple of seasons.
If Haalnd ends up at chelsea and kane city... when cavanni finishes where exactly do we go when looking to compete in regards to a decent cf... there doesnt seem to be many about right now

There's a whole Carry On style thing developing here. Matron!
Difficult to say at this point, lots of business will be done over the coming weeks and that could change the landscape.
I'd expect City to be favourites, though not a foregone conclusion they will win it. Liverpool, Chelsea and United should be there or there abouts and all are capable of putting a run together and winning the league. So much happens over the course of the season that we just can't account for so I won't make bold predictions as to where each team will finish but I'm expecting a stronger league than last year and hoping for a good title race between at least 2 or 3 teams.
Ultimately, I want to see some good football, good goals and some memorable results. I think United will be entertaining at the very least. A good run in at least 2 of the cups and minimum expectation to progress from the CL group. If we were to finish second or third, pretty close to the winners, win a domestic trophy and get to the quarter/semi final of the CL, I think I'd be pretty content, providing the football on show was entertaining, for the most part. Optimistic we have the potential though to do something great, such as win the CL or league, but not a prediction.
I'm not really looking for predictions as such, as VC says there is business to be done.
Just a general feeling, optimistic or pessimistic.
Decent run?
We need to win the league, surely? That must be Ole's target along with a cup

Yes it has to be the target. But I don't think it will happen.
We always win something when one of our star players is getting the blame from certain engurland fans... So title and FA cup double for me.
