1) Change too

TACTICS:

Word Limit:
- 1000 Words (not counting starting 11, subs bench, set piece takers or sub instructions)

I will give you leeway of 50 words, anything over you lose a lot, two weeks in a row 2 slots etc

- Sub intructions kept as brief as possible, no massive long sets of new tactics.

posted on 25/7/21

Deadline:
- Deadline will be on the homepage each week. This is usually 12pm Monday for Weekend games and 7pm Wednesday for Midweek games. However this may change. Please chech the home page

- Tactics may be handed late when warning is given in advance. If no warning given before deadline they may be handed in a day late for 1 lost slot, or 2 days late for 2 lost slots. Any later, or no tactics at all will result in a automatic loss. 2-0 for the first time, 3-0 if the same happens the week after etc.

Other Rules:
- Any injured/Suspended players used in tactics will result in one lost slot, unless changed before the deadline, and be swapped out for the most appropriate player from your subs bench.

Taken out
- May ask for tactics to be copy and pasted across from one weekend to another, however this must be a one off, if it is continuous, 1 slot lost each week it is required.

TRANSFERS

Domestic:
- Domestic transfers are to be agreed between the two managers. Once agreed, please confirm the deal on Transfer Confirmation and update Squad page.
- Those looking after vacant clubs may not do deals between their two clubs. No deals using a third club as a go between for the purpose of transferring a player from your temp or permanent club to your other club are allowed.
- No pre deals, transfers can only be done if they can be completed at that time.

Foreigns:
- All enquiries on the Transfer Centre, We use for prices, Anyone can will respond. Prices will be give as close to the nearest 500k
. All signings be confirmed on transfer confirmation.
- As with FIFA rules, no player under the age of 18 from outside of Europe is available for transfer. If a player under 18 completes a pre deal with a club inside the league, he may be signed. If he competes a pre deal with a club outside of the league he will sign for that team. However as per rules he cannot play until he turns 18.
- Transfers cannot be cancelled once confirmed(not confirming on the TC’s is not a way out of this).

Few changes and the game tone has been taken out, no one cares about that now

Youth players

If a youth player leaves your club to a club within the league, he must
A) Be moved into your youth academies
B) Be sold to his new club and it is upto the two managers to discuss a fee
C) Sold to foreigns, a youth player with no value will get £250k

posted on 25/7/21

However you cannot sell youth players to increase your budget, only sell if they move or another manager asks

posted on 25/7/21

Think we should define age of youth players. As obv we can have players up to u23 in academy technically. Also disagree with b and c.

Think youth players with no value that leave an academy should get nothing myself. Unless you have him in your youths and then treated like any 0 value youngster as 500k.

And for b makes no sense for managers to agree a fee if your not moving that youth player into your youths. That would surely only follow point a.

Otherwise that player should simply move academy for nothing in my opinion

I agree with point d. Unless you’ve moved into your youths

if a youth player moves to a foreign club, you get whatever he is sold for unless it is for free then you get nothing?

Agreed.

And if a youth moves between league clubs you either get the fee that he is sold for or nothing, if the buying club don’t want him you foreign him as above

posted on 25/7/21

And if you don’t notice he is sold, tough

Disagree.

This just really over complicated it. We always go by TM value for transfers.

Also just gives a very big advantage to likes of Pool, Chelsea, United. When you’d already get the benefit of top youngsters like James, Mount, Rashford, Greenwood, Trent and Jones.

So seems completely unfair Pool would get 12m for Harry Wilson being sold

posted on 25/7/21

When did Harry Wilson become a youth player he's 24 years old?

posted on 25/7/21

ok so Wilson would get £15.5m then

posted on 25/7/21

It’s an example.

I get you both are after a big advantage from selling the not so good players for a few million given your academies are so good. So understand why you’d push for that.

Think you already have an advantage when Fan can actually sell two academy players for 100m. That is fair. I don’t think it’s fair if you make millions from rubbish.

Would rather cash isn’t devalued, and that credit goes to likes of LC who make cash from being good at the game.

posted on 25/7/21

so

If a youth player moves, the team he goes to as the option to buy, for whatever his TM value is, if they don't want him he may be sold, however they may only be foreigned IF they move, you cannot just foreign off random youth players

posted on 25/7/21

I am not pushing for anything, its a discussion

posted on 25/7/21

Disagree completely.

Just a way for big teams, and you guys to inflate your transfer budgets. Do t think you need it when you already have a big advantage and can use the good academy players.

That is upto whoever is buying surely?

I’d rather a simple a promote or lose approach.

Would help keep squads low too if folk have to sell to promote, and encourage deals.

And doesn’t give unnecessary cash value for players that are really no value to anyone.
