Hardly Poch's fault that we didn't get Bruno.
Surprised at how dissapointing Ndombele has been, when you signed him thought it was a good move as he clearly has game but shows it so rarely since signing?

JJetset said he did reject Bruno as well as Poch rejecting Tielemans. Poch's signings in general were a mess. Aurier, Sissoko plus a record fee for Sanchez too. Not great is it?
The four signings Poch made when Levy gave him a bag of wonga haven't exactly set the world alight have they?

I'm sure Poch has wanted players who haven't worked out, as have all managers. Pep wanted Bravo who was a flop and no better than Hart. The trouble is it's kind of unfair to blame managers on who we bring in at Spurs given how we operate with our spending limits and Levy's interference. We also know Poch wanted certain players out and didn't get his wish.

You are giving a few excuses there for Poch. Fair enough.
You can see why Pochettino wanted Ndombele. It's not his or the player's fault that they only had a few months working together. And you can easily see why Ndombele wants out. The past 2 years have been an absolute clusterfack with the club on a severe downwards trajectory, and it's a completely different club/setup to the one he decided to join.
Of the two proposed options I think Tolisso is a much better player.
Some of feared we would be stuck with McDombele but at least there are some reports of other clubs being interested in him

nah. Ndombele has contributed to the mess and has ideas way above his station. He expects to go to a top club and not expect to work hard...Good luck to him. He's a Pogba 2.0 without the success or performances to back it up.
Would still rather Ndombele stayed. Once the window shuts and we are struggling for creativity I'm sure he'll come into the fold.
Imo the club have mismanaged Ndombele. Poch said he would need a couple of years to see the best of him. I'm sure if poch stayed he would have developed properly. Getting in that clown Mourinho then Mason has clearly facked Ndombele over. Even then, he was one of our better players last season.
Obviously Ndombele hasn't covered himself in glory. But when you invest that much in a precocious talent, who seems a bit homesick and struggling to adapt the club should have done more to help him. He clearly doesn't feel loved. Maybe we should be employing a psychiatrist to help him? Clearly something is not going well for him as he'd walk into our team based on talent.

Ndombele was brought in at the start of the window for Poch. He had all summer to integrate Ndombele into the squad and even then, there were reports he was finding training hard. The excuses are wearing thin.
To be honest I only watched Ndombele in the CL when be played for Lyon. He did put in some decent performance but I always felt we overpaid for him. At the time he signed I was happy like everyone else. It's not my money and it was seen as a statement of intent and finally Poch was being backed with a huge transfer fee.
I just wish we did more due diligence on him or Poch or Hitchen did. Reports of him being a lazy trainer would have surely Poch off no? If not Poch then at least Levy.
I just hope we learn alot of lessons in the future when signing flashy players. Attitude and a willingness to learn and improve is so important.

How am I? What isn't true about the way we operate being often more difficult for our managers compared to other clubs? You do remember we're the only club in PL history to never spend a penny during a summer transfer window, right?
I know Poch will have made mistakes, just that it's hard to judge how much influence he has had in signings given the handling of our transfer windows. I mean take Sissoko, the guy was a panic signing because we didn't get others that Poch wanted. Poch probably signed off to it (if he did) because it was either that or nothing. Wasn't that the window we could have got Mane in?

When you pay a record fee of €72m do you really want to pay for potential? I think we are entitled to an end product or least something near to.
This whole rhetoric of the club mismanaging Ndombele is 100% BS. If that is the case then did they do the same with Doherty? PEH played practically every minute of last season. Reggie did alright. GLC has been a mess but times has looked decent.
Ndombele never wanted to be here. We had to give him £200k a week to make him sign. Romero is on £60k a week lol and cost about £10m less.
