We should form a breakaway league leaving only those with parachute payments to slog it out for themselves.
Well if everyone is in line for a point deduction, we could yet win the league! Got to search for the positives๐

I'll show my ar5e in Derby Marks & Spencers window if we do.
Ang I have just read Sir Timothy Colman's obituary. A difficult time for all of you with mustard in your veins.

Is that supposed to an incentive or a threat?
Have just listened to today's Sports-scene on RD and for those of a strong constitution I recommend listening to it via podcast or whatever. Some very depressing insights from a former administrator who managed the Wigan admin among others. Also a call with Stuart Webb who could not understand why MM has walked away. He feels he should have seen it through to the end of the season thereby putting us in a better position for a takeover. The common view was that any purchaser could not be local - it will need a much bigger player from abroad who is prepared to take on all the debt first and then start to rehabilitate the club.
Grief this is such a bitter pill to swallow. I was close to tears I'll tell you.

Good news indeed, but the problem is by some approximate calculation, the interest on what we owe is about £10K a day.

The moral of the story is that no matter how wealthy you become, and however confident you may be, NEVER buy your local foot club. Get a season ticket and give the rest away if you must, but NEVER buy a footy team.
Kaide Gordon looks completely at home in tonight's match. To my knowledge I only saw him play once for us. He did stand out but I would be lying if I pretended I could tell he would rise so high so quickly.

Seriously, I was really tempted by New Mills AFC but decided that even with my resources the Premiership was possibly a step too far. ๐

Probably helps if he's surrounded by other skillful individuals Vidal?
Of course, though most of his work has been on his own from a wide right position rather than linking in with team mates. I think he is just blessed with great natural ability and confidence. There aren't many of us as lucky as that.

Medicine's gain has been football's loss, Heb.
It seems a very long time ago that we were signing talent like Gordon. Where did it all go wrong, (apart from Derek Hales)?
