Grealish draws fouls, that's part of his game.

Matt Doherty.

Most think he's crap, but really he's utter, total crap.

Only since he went to Spurs and was used so, so wrong. I'd love him to make a comeback but think the damage has been done.

Arsenal fans will be split on this. Some might tell you Lacazette. Others will possibly say Guendouzi, or maybe even Kolasinac. In some ways they’d all be right.

For Chelsea supporters I’d a sizeable minority would most likely answer Mason Mount. Or even Mason Mount. I’d imagine the rest would say Mason Mount though.

Which I think we would all agree with.

Mason Mount.

I am gonna commit possibly a CFC heresy but top of my list is Lukaka followed by Havertz (I feel Nick is being extremely generous to suggest he has turned up for 25% of his match time at CFC)

I think we were taken to the cleaners over Lukaka, thought he was OK at United and done Ok in one of the weakest Italian leagues we have seen in quite a while. However since we currently only have 1 striker I hope I am eating humble pie come the end of the season. Is he a good striker? Yeh 60million tops - nearly 100 million and one of the most deadlist strikers on the planet? Nope not even close.

Yeh I can tell you now - not 1 Chelsea supporter is gonna say that, if anything I think the guy is hugely underrated, but that's cos most use MoTD and England games to judge him - that's not to see he is having somewhat of stinker this season.

I know you said you were expecting the Pogba comments Nick - but in all honesty I just can't see past him when it comes to talking over rated!

Honestly Brummie I think that's cos most non-United supporters barely notice him, or remember he plays there. I was honestly surprised when I saw some highlights the other day and I think Pogba set up one of Ronaldo's goals and I said to my self "Oh yeh Pogba is still there"

How did most expensive PL player of all time Grealish get on against the might of Hungary?

posted on 12/10/21

Kane, valued at £160m was garbage.

As it stands, Lukaku is the PL's most expensive player.

Grealish cost £75m plus add-ons, I doubt any of the add-ons will have kicked in after less than 10 appearances.

£100m I heard

Bruno Fernandes and Lukaku.

Both have the stats but neither pass the eyetest, and i still can't believe the former bragged about scoring a penalty when his team lost 6-1.

Tierney is definitely over-rated but he's still decent. All the badge kissing gives him a load of fanboys.

Kante as well. The guy has been massively hyped since Leicester, he's good but he's not special. Persona of the guy like Tierney has propelled his status beyond the performances.

Greenwood is mince. We keep hearing he can be one of the best in the world, i've never seen anything which makes me think he will be at that level. Another Walcott type.

Hudson-Odoi, 100k a week for a youtube footballer

Martial is utter schit.

Pogba.

It's a pretty generous comparison for Greenwood - by his age Walcott had already score a hat trick for England, and let's be honest, you only really have blind faith to be sure his career won't pan out the same way.

Eden Hazard used to pick up as many free kicks as grealish... But he was a match winner with end product
----------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm really struggling to see what your point is? We're talking about him going down and how often he does right? What does it matter how much of a match winner he is?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The thread is identifying over rated players...Grealish is that player

They’re completely different kinds of players. Their games are light years apart.

It’s like comparing Grealish to Willian because they happen to play in the same positions.

Walcott was and always has been just a speed merchant. Greenwood has far more to his game and scores some very important goals even at such a young age
