Everyone else:
Quite level headed after the defeat, everyone's knows the writing is on the wall and is ready to move on.

Comic Book Guy:
"He's an absolutely clueless and tactically inept non-league level manager"

I guess someone needed to take the anger to a fresh new level now W&R is gone.

It's also strange that this "yes man" benched Sancho and Pogba, our two biggest money signings... Maybe Ole didn't get the memo about being a yes man?

and have the fan base in a toxic uproar at the moment

…..

As a member of the United fan base I do feel I have not kicked the dog and cat quite enough yet.

If Ole Gunnar Solskjaer loves the club as much as he says he does, he’d have walked on Sunday night.

On the back of the most embarrassing defeat in PL history, he had to accept he isn’t fit for purpose.

He’s in it for one thing - himself.

Would you seriously walk away from a pay off?

Aslo, I hope he doesn't. Hopefully he makes the Glazers sweat in terms of having to sack him.

It also, probably, looks better if he's sacked than walks away in terms of any future jobs he may go for.

No one walks, as Diafol says... it would read terribly for his next move. Any mug saying he should is in an angry cloud cuckoo land

Maybe not but he's just cr@p manager who seems to operate on personal feelings rather than what's best for the team. Pogba was benched on Sunday for saying that we needed to change things tactically. DVB hasn't played since his outburst during the Villarreal match. This is a new level of pettiness ... Even by his low standards.

Oh they are just as bad, the message from them today is very clear.

They've told the world putting the club on its longest run without a clean sheet in 142 years and losing 5-0 at home to the biggest rivals is acceptable.

If a league two manager had these results. They would be long gone. That's the level.

This is a new low, told the world you can come piiiss over Old Trafford with zero consequences for anyone at the club.

Nearly every manager gets fired. Not every manager walks of their own accord. As an owner I wouldn't want a manager who didn't think he was up to it.

Because they didn't think they were up to the job?

Or for different reasons entirely?
