Spot on. We never concede a goal that’s down to good attacking always a mistake. The fans know we need to improve in defence but the over the top reaction from media is funny. Walker et al just loving it when we concede. Pity for them that they can’t blame Starfelt for everything at the minute!!

The race is only 30% complete with some early jostling out of the way and Celtic are well behind. Having steadied the ship there is little pressure on Ange relative to the other side of the city, however. You can say it will be decided on attack - one that failed to score against Livi - you may be correct?

This season we are in transition and it shows but we look dangerous when kyogo is through the middle.


We have got a lot of tough away fixtures out the way, rangers if i'm right still have livi, hibs, hearts, aberdeen, and celtic away.

Compared to this season where Celtic's squad won nothing last year, has 12 new players and is are not favourites for the league (maybe not even favourite for second according to our rivals). Yet still the fans see a marked improvement on last season.

Really poor, yet better off. In fact the Celtic team of last season would be joint top just now. Just funny how things can be perceived.

Same with Rangers. The narrative is we aren't firing yet, not clinical in front of goal, not taking chances etc when we have only scored 1 less goal than Celtic who have received a lot of praise for their attacking play.

You say that like it's my opinion. It's not. Just funny how last year the fans wanted the Manager out and this year they are singing his name despite the results last year being better and for all the comments about being brutal to watch you had scored more goals.

I don't really have an opinion on it.

The difference to last season is we had a lack of difficult away games in that time. Plus the first OF was at home.

We’ve had Ibrox, Pittodrie, Tynecastle, Easter Road and Fir Park all in the first round of fixtures.

We were also pumped out of the cup competition and being ragdolled in Europe.

We’re now in the semi final of the same cup and guaranteed European football after Xmas with an outside chance of qualifying for the EL last 32.

Night and day to last season.

There's been lots of criticism of Rangers this season going forward. Most of it deserved, we haven't been as creative or as prolific than in previous years.

Btw, yesterday annoyed me defensively but when we look like scoring 10 most weeks it’s a bit easier to take.

We will take 10 off a team this season, certain of it.

No not at all, wasn't even meant as a criticism.

I'm always fascinated by things like that. I don't see Celtic much so I'm not in a position to comment on whether you are better or worse in style so will take the word of it of those who are and see you play every week.

I just find these things interesting. It goes back to the moneyball concept of stats vs what your eyes tell you and why football is quite unique.
