That's a poor excuse. Liverpool finished 5th the season before Klopp took over and Chelsea finished 4th the season Tuchel took over.
Liverpool were 10th in the league when Klopp became manager. Chelsea were 8th in the league when Tuchel took over. Both teams were of similar quality.

No we didn't, we finished 6th the year before Klopp took over and had been in the CL just once in 6 years.
You finished 4th and had been in the CL for 4 straight years.
It's fairly obvious to even the simplest of minds that Tuchel had a far better squad to work with.

Well both, but the squad had quality, they were just underperforming. A false position, as the term goes.
Similar to whoever takes over at Man United now, they are taking over an underperforming team.
That does generally tend to be the case when a manager was sacked, like Lampard at Chelsea coincidentally.

No comparison as they both took over completely different squads and situations. Tuchel took over a very good, yet underperforming team whereas Klopp took over a team that was performing at about the level they were at.
Klopp had to essentially reface the entire side, with the only lasting player from his first team to now is Henderson. Tuchel invested in Lukaku and a couple of other players to strengthen the squad which shows how much "more" Klopp needed to do than Tuchel.
That's not to say either are doing poor jobs or anything, but it just seems silly to compare who is the better manager based on the length of time they've had to achieve the top trophies when they started at completely different stages.

Tuchel is tactically the better manager for sure.However, Klopp makes up for that with energy and enthusiasm.
I didn’t realise a team that has finished 6th the season before is so terrible that Klopp can only manage to finish 8th in his first season
