That is it, I am done with the modern game. They do not give a feck about the fans and just bend the rules to suit.

Anymore games get called off we going to have to play a half a seasons worth of games to catch up

Cry more, blame the PL not Arsenal. Spurs would try it too in the same situation.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Spurs already have called off games, that they arguably could have played using younger players. I was unhappy with that decision earlier, but in fairness their covid absences could easily have affected their league results. It seemed harsh when Leeds had to play on, including against us, but other clubs got games called off
TBH I don't think Arsenal would have requested this game off if Liverpool hadn't managed to get the first EFL semifinal leg postponed. That set the precedent of using injuries and AFCON absences alongside covid absences. That was the poor decision in the first place, Liverpool could definitely have fulfilled that fixture if the EFL hadn't buckled, and instead set the precedent that clubs have to play with their youth teams if they can. As it is, every club will be trying it on now for the next month or so, simply to get around having not had the squad depth to cover for their African players disappearing to play for their national sides.
It's easy to point fingers at particular clubs. The people responsible are the premier league and EFL for failing to set clear, consistent guidelines that all clubs have to follow.

Exactly, ours was a legit covid breakout. Arsenal last I read have one confirmed player case (Odegaard). The rest of their absentees is a combo of injuries, suspensions, ACON and loans. Sorry but that’s tough sheite, manage your playing staff better you mugs.

Instead of venting your anger at Arsenal why don't you put it in the direction of the league they set the rules and the precedent has been set previously Arsenal as is their right are requesting to be treated just like any other team. No one is outraged that Burnley and Leicester be off because Burnley can't field a team.
Stop crying about it lads. After Wed we are only 3 games behind. There are more positives to take from this outcome than negatives.
Well done PL
Let’s hope Odegaard can recover from his cold now.

It’s a disgrace this has been called off. We are now four PL games behind. Arsenal 100% manipulating the system here because they have players out of reasons other than covid. The way we’ve played the last three games I’d have no confidence in us beating them at all and we are without Dier and Son, for me it’s not a case of wanting to play a weakened Arsenal - it’s more that it’s a joke they’ve been allowed to get away with it and the impact it’ll have on us re fixture congestion.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Spot on.
No backbone from the PL as usual, pathetic from Arsenal.
