Last minute penalty v Hibs
Dropped away after 2-0 up against Livingston
Poor performance against Dundee Utd

Then night other than the goal I don’t think they had anything other than Morelos’s shot on target which was superbly saved.

Hope that’s the tactics against us.

McGregor barely had a save to make as well.

Aberdeen clearly had the majority of possession second half as we sat back. But they didn’t create much.

Don’t get me wrong - hers were poor and didn’t deserve a win. We offered nowhere near enough going forward.

Let’s be honest the penalty Aberdeen got was pretty fortunate. The guy bullets a header off Morelos from a few yards away. He was trying to get out the way of it but it’s virtually impossible.

It’s a pen all day long these days but that used to be considered ball to hand.

Not sure why he got booked for it. His arm was in a natural position and he didn’t move it towards the ball in any way.

But hey Ho. In the end I am relieved to get a point. Far from a disaster in the circumstances .👍

Aberdeens finishing was woeful last night

Over the course of a season a point at Pittodrie is an outcome you can be fairly satisfied with.

Thought last night was a bit of a strange game. We had no control over it at all but normally up there you are under far more pressure than we were. Aberdeen pressed second half with a lot of the ball but I was never really concerned. With a one goal lead though you're always vulnerable to a deflection or any kind of moment that changes the game and the penalty was it. Definite penalty but as Hamish says absolutely no idea why it's a booking.

When Gio took over we were 4 clear and facing our toughest run of games of the season after the Hibs debacle so we can be happy with where we are.

On a side note I thought Clancy's performance last night was really poor. I don't think I have ever seen him have a good game. The 2 bookings for Kent are as soft as you will ever see.

I think clancy will probably get hammered for last night tbh.

Its an unwritten rule that when rangers need a penalty they get a penalty, and clancy let the team down in that regard.

I dont think its a red for mcgregor, for once i don't think it was intentional .

Its a penalty though
