Which will never happen… my biggest fear about his signing
Nearly turned the game off as the football United was playing was very good, which of course for a Liverpool fan is annoying. No end product, got a lucky goal which the goal keeper should have saved and then conceded an unlucky goal, which despite being legit according to the rules is still frustrating I'm sure. From that point, United were awful. Great to see.

Considering the mentality of our players (pathetic) it's not difficult to believe that a young player like him, who's just gotten into the senior team has sent them crashing out the FA cup against a championship side, could possibly experience some confidence issues in the near future..... Especially considering how dogsheet and low on confidence we are and have been for a very long time.
A lot of positives to take from that performance which will sadly by overshadowed by the result.
Certainly the best showing under Ralf and our best for months, besides.

It’s odd just now, we were playing well, people want to pick on individuals on here but the confidence drains out of the whole team just not person it’s just like a balloon deflating, our passing disintegrates, defence panics,attack becomes disjointed and ineffective and we just fade, next game repeat

A lot of positives to take from that performance which will sadly by overshadowed by the result.
Certainly the best showing under Ralf and our best for months, besides.
Sickening decision for their goal; irrespective of the semantics of the law, any footballing person or indeed sporting person can see the injustice in that goal. Why they have to tweak the wording year-on-year - after 160 years of the sport - is beyond me. What’s wrong with “if any player gains a material advantage from the use of a hand or arm, it’s a free kick to the opposition”?
It’s one that, if you were playing with your mates - whether you’re kids at school or adults playing the depressing, geriatric, five-a-side match after work on Thursdays - you would all unanimously agree it was a handball and not a goal. If we can determine that as children, why the hell can’t substantially paid professionals?
