You should get the special family freebie rate, we all remember all the work you did for your son, forcing you to be late or miss live match threads.
Sack your son and spend his inheritance.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
My so also does work for me and itis as it should be for families, free.
However, we have seven A/C units in our house in Spain. Do you know how much it would cost just to buy the units? My son is good to me but I couldn't and wouldn't expect him to pay for them.
As for his inheritance, I have two children and it will be split between the two, straight down the middle. No favourite I love them both.
In any case, don't you know that I'm going to live forever?

Stop the world I want to get off.
What's wrong with the world, when a footballer and his family can't go out for an evening together.

You are right but there is always at least one nutcase around you most of the time.
It's such a pity we have to put up with them. Hopefully whoever it was will be incarcerated for some time. Maybe a lesson will be learned.
In the meantime, I hope That both father and son are OK and have a quick recovery.
All quiet on the signings front.
Has the pen ink dried up?
B team lost last night with Baka having a runabout.
Two games, 2 losses so far for the B's
It's early days for the B team. Hopefully, they will start to gel within a couple of weeks.
Too many new faces and too little time to get them bedded in. It will come.
As I posted earlier, I don't think that there is any rush to sign new players until nearer the end of the transfer window when teams have signed all their incoming players. That's when we will see more activity in recruiting an odd player. I doubt it will be more than one or possibly two and even then it will depend on who is available at the right price or perhaps a loan player.

They said something similar about the staff at the BEN, no sign of any improvement there yet!
What's up with the Beano this morning? Still can't get on it. I do have big doubts about the b team and the long term plan. Really need a proper reserve league to play in and call it the reserves and not b team. Hopefully make the Southport game to see what it's all about.
Did somebody say what's up with the Ben.
Funny, how it's also many more from the same group.
You ain't seen me right.
Do we need a countdown clock?
10 Days to go.

Benny, I was just going to ask the question,"Is anyone else struggling to access the site?"
So go on Pasty, what's happening with the BN?
According to Illes on Twitter the transfer of Eoin Toal is imminent.
When somebody blames the heat affecting a data centre, don't believe a word of it.
While we are on about the funny news goings on.
When you read about Sizewell C getting the go ahead. Don't be laughing at who forgot to extend the life of Sizewell B.
THe BN is back.
Here is your answer on the B team.
https://www.theboltonnews.co.uk/sport/20290746.bolton-wanderers-b-team-boss-matt-craddocks-view-bamber-bridge-defeat/
Take a look at the pitch.
https://twitter.com/ProudBW/status/1549358354199453697?cn=ZmxleGlibGVfcmVjcw%3D%3D&refsrc=email
After a lovely new pitch, the water bill is always higher. I bet it'll be a lot more this year.
What we want is the players to play as good as the pitch looks.
Thought I was late to the party. Obviously not. First team signing alert https://www.bwfc.co.uk/news/2022/july/wanderers-take-toal/
I missed the signing fanfare.
Who was it mentioned siesta at any time? I blame the extra portion of ice cream making me all sleepy.
I make it we now a have a 23 man A Squad.
What's the best guess on what the total will be when the yellow ticker stops running until January?
I like even numbers, so it'll be 24 or 26 from me. Since we haven't seen the preseason injury yet, I prefer the full 26 if we can stretch that far.
So we're basically where we were squad wise at the end of last season. Iredale for Gordon, Bradley for Fossey, Toal for Baptiste. The other players trimmed from the squad were either out on loan or not involved. Has this improved things? Toal younger but less experienced, Bradley? According to evatt was his first choice over Fossey anyway. Iredale definitely. I was hoping for a big signing, someone who would vastly improve the first 11. Would only be looking at one player but that hasn't happened. Got Sheehan coming back and evatt will roll out the like a new signing quotes. Sometime isgrove but I don't see where he fits in now. Plus we have Lee fit now. That's like a erm new signing!
Thanks Benny very well put.
If we all keep our fingers crossed and get the chicken wish bone this Sunday. There's still time for a star signing.
There's movement at Fulham with a new right back about to sign.
You don't think ...................
I think I read somewhere yesterday that with Toal we have 21 in the squad and that leaves two more spots available.
Can't we can name 7 subs and use 5 of them these days?
There's the home-grown rule and U21 don't count.
We must have some wiggle room somewhere.
I need something more than an abacus to work it all out.
Cashless Stadium.

Best of luck trying to get me to go to a match when I'm over. Where's the pay as you go card option, it was muted at one time wasn't it.
Far away from football. A picture paints a thousand words.

Time for football to take a long hard look at those who go down after being shot by a sniper.

Also, worth a look at are the pictures and comments at yesterday's finish.
It also reminded me of being sat around a wireless listened to cricket, back when cricket was cricket.
