Lol Henderson made 7 saves and conceded 2 goals. De Gea made 2 saves one of which was an assist and the other any keeper would save even with there eyes closed.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Except Henderson, as he proved by letting 2 in. What a clown.
I think I saw a stat De Gea is most extreme goalkeeper at staying on his line and Henderson the opposite.
De Gea update - Fabianski just bravely palmed a cross away

"Most extreme goalkeeper at staying on his line" is the stat we didn't know we needed
I think Henderson averaged like 3 times as many crosses dealt than De Gea and played 20 yards further forward in 20/21 season and had like 20% higher save percentage.

Hero Fabianski off injured after that. Would never see De Gea do that
Wow that article basically said De Gea has the worst distribution in the league by far and by the worst player in the premierleague by far from crosses.

Neither of these things surprise me
We actually conceded around 10 goals from crosses 1 yard off our goalline last season. That was main reason we had a shocking end of season.
All teams had to do was get someone to cross the ball and it was a certain goal if they got on the end of it.
What annoys me is De Gea gets paid so much and is like the worst keeper I have seen. Penalty in West Ham game.
Meanwhile West Ham's sub keeper gives away a pen
merry they even mocked De Gea saying he basically made like 1 completed pass all season from goalkicks I think lol.
Only a minor thing but does anyone else find it weird that Sky have replaced the team name with the crest on the scoreboard?
My dad who watched football very casually keeps asking who’s playing?
Well to be fair if that was De Gea he would have stayed on his line and not given a penalty away but conceded anyway. What annoys me it is so easy to see our biggest weakness. It always amazes me when I watch other teams keepers they do stuff De Gea doesn’t do all game.
Remember we lost 0-5 to Liverpool and there goalkeeper sprinted like 20yards and 15yards to confront our attacker one on one and De Gea in all there chances stood there near his line and let there attackers run 20 yards and slot it in without even trying to move.

I actually quite like it but I think the social media reaction to it has been overwhelmingly negative
Oh well I have given up this season already. I expect 6th and no trophies.
