He has put forward a coherent argument and well thought argument. You can disagree with him.

Sorry at not getting back but had some work to do.
The Ronaldo problem is one of them that should be addressed now. He does not want to be here so get rid of him. If he wants to leave then he will be happy to have his contract cancelled.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I don’t accept players that don’t want to be here either but without a replacement, I would personally sacrifice that standard. Plus if there is a player to put up with that doesn’t want to be here and still delivering professionalism, hard work and results - it’s Ronaldo.

Sancho was our best attacking player by far yesterday. He was the only one showing for the ball and taking on their defence.
A few things he tried didn’t come off.
He is miles better than Kagawa.

Professionalism like not turning up for preseason and walking out at halftime
The guy and the media circus that surrounds him are creating a bad atmosphere at the club at the worst possible time...
I can't understand why anyone who cares more about the club than the player would want him to stay...

During the second half I was not aware Sancho was playing, VC. He struggled to beat his man or put a cross in. One thing I give him credit for he is consistently moving and demanding the ball, he was not hiding like Mcshiit.
As Souness said on that video, the thing with Ronaldo is, in a way he is helping players like Sancho.... Sancho if Ronaldo was not here would be getting crucified right now him and Varane, they have got away with it because Ronaldo, even at 37 is front page news.

Like living his life the way he does, taking care of himself, dedicating his life to his craft. That kind of professionalism.
I do agree that leaving at half time wasn’t good but he wasn’t the only one and he had permission to not participate in preseason. He didn’t ‘not turn up’
Like living his life the way he does, taking care of himself, dedicating his life to his craft. That kind of professionalism.
He wants to pick just certain aspects to suit his agenda.
Michael Jordan suffered no doubt from unrelenting narcissism. He is considered the best for a reason.
Imagine Ronaldo came to this club and he did an interview at Sky wherein he confirmed youngsters did not want to listen to him. We have some serious issues at this club
Plus if there is a player to put up with that doesn’t want to be here and still delivering professionalism, hard work and results - it’s Ronaldo.

The player is the ultimate pro!! You will not find one manager that has managed him that will question his professionalism. But I suppose he is not human and has to be perfect all the time.
But we usually play better football when he plays because he’s not as static as Ronaldo.
Not that he’s the answer. Manchester United should be able to sign someone adequate, even if it’s a difficult position to get players in. Just shows how badly run that we’ve ended up in this situation.
What Ronaldo and others did,
…..
And there is the problem right there. Ronaldo is a senior player who others can be influenced by.

Do we? What are you basing that on mate? The handful of preseason games or the last seven years we’ve had him?
If Martial is absolutely at the top of HIS game and his ability then I could possibly agree but similar to Pogba, we just don’t see that anywhere enough.

Possibly and if that was the case then it’s a fair point. But I think you could admit, as scholay is pointing out, he is generally extremely professional and actually a great example of what a professional should do to get the most out of yourself as a player. Probably every player he has played with says the same all the time and that includes players with some seriously high standards.

Basing it on his time at the club, including last season. He just interacts better with his teammates in general play. So we tend to be more dynamic in creative. Even if they keep missing chances Ronaldo would score.
I want to see us play entertaining football, but Ronaldo makes his teams crap to watch because of his limitations now. Results aren’t important to me. And Ronaldo doesn’t really provide results for his teams nowadays anyway.

Of course. Why wouldn’t I. When it comes to do with keeping himself fit and his dedication to being the best he can be you can not fault him.
But there is also a side to him that isn’t professional and we first saw it the season before SAF let him go with all the background stuff going on with him and Real Madrid and the slave comments. And leaving before the game finished was pure arrogance on his part.
