Some good ones there Greasy.

The Battle of Eppjng Forest probably voids that album for me. It probably is the nearest Genesis one to being flawless.

I was torn between that one & The Lamb - but giving the criteria of "no fillers", SEBTP just edged it (for me)

I never liked TLLDOB. Wind and Wuthering is close to flawless as well, imo.

Gonna chuck in Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge by My Chemical Romance. Legit one of the best rock albums of the 2000’s.

A shout out for A Fever to Sweat Out by Panic at the Disco which runs it a close second.

I had no idea Marillion were so proggy, it screams peter gabriel to me. A nice wee sursprise that, cheers

Pearl Jam - Ten
QOTSA - Songs for the Deaf
Ocean Colour Scene - Moseley Shoals
Interpol - Turn On The Bright Lights
Bon Iver - For Emma, Forever Ago
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Pearl Jam - Ten
QOTSA - Songs for the Deaf

Great Calls, pearl jam vitalogy also a great album all the way through.
Tremor Christ the best track for me
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Was wondering if anyone was going to mention Ten.

It's been 31 years and it's still an album I come back to time and again. Probably the only one tbh. And 'Black' is still probably my favourite song.

It was released at the same time as Nevermind and got completely lost in the Nirvana-mania of the time but Ten is by far the better album imo.

A Love Supreme
Purple Rain
The Great Otis Redding Sings Song Ballads
What's Going On
Axis: Bold As Love
Thriller
Illmatic
Malibu
My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy

Some personal preferences of mine I consider flawless

Yes leaving off MJ's unacceptable behaviour in his private life, his professional accomplishments with
Off the Wall, Thriller and Bad were exceptional.

Probably not a popular choice, but The Black Parade by My Chemical Romance is flawless.

Wasn’t a huge fan of the Black Parade!

Sharpest Lives and House of Wolves are excellent and wouldn’t be out of place on Three Cheers but the rest of it for me was just not for me. I’ve seen them live around 12 times and I would say however the live versions of the songs from the Black parade do sound better than on the record.

Are you seeing them in Melbourne in March?
