Got to blame the medical team for that. A quick search on google gives you all the info you need.

Yeah, madness spending all those years at university, medical school, perfecting your specialisation in a specific field when you've got Google at your finger tips.
Yeah, knee operations don't have o mean your career is over and Sasa had played a lot of games since last being out. Could argue there is potential for further injury given body type perhaps but can't say I know that to be a fact despite seeing others elsewhere suggest it can be so.

We got Gundogan for £14 million because he'd just spent a season out with a knee injury, he's done ok for us.
I don't think we'll ever be within a million miles of the league's top scorers without a firing striker or more players who are natural goalscorers. BUT I also don't think it should be impossible for our current squad to be coached to get more than a goal every other game.
Our players are talented albeit short on confidence (something a good coach can provide...) and jiminez was one of the best strikers in Europe two seasons ago. I just don't buy that us not scoring at all isn't in at least quite a large way a tactical thing - take jiminez never being in the box for example, do we really think Lage spends all week encouraging him to be in the box and then he just totally ignores that for the entirety of every match? Or that Lage tells them all to make runs into the box but instead it just happens that they pass it back and around the area with no one going into the box. It has to be an instruction of some kind. To me they just look confused, like they don't really know what they're supposed to be doing, and having listened to Lage talk I have some sympathy with that. Whether he's a master tactician and a great coach or not, he never seems to me particularly clear or dynamic. I don't think a new coach would fix everything and we'd fundamentally just always be short a striker, but I find it hard to believe there aren't coaches out there who would be getting more out of this team.
Separately to Lage, some very hard questions have to be asked about how on earth we've ended up in this position AGAIN. A second season out of the last three ruined by a lack of cover at centre forward. What kind of cavalier club doesn't have any third striker whatsoever, even if they'd be nowehere near the starting eleven.
Agree with a lot of those points. Said at the time but I always thought it was insane to loan out Fabio this season. In my eyes he had arrived at the point of being close to a break through towards the end of last season and to have nurtured him for two years to that point then loan him out never made sense to me. He has shown at Anderlecht that he’s ready and we could certainly have made use of him this season
Wolves have a few players joining their international teams this week.
Neves, Nunes, Sa and Neto join the Portugal squad but Semedo, Moutinho, Guedes and Podence haven’t been selected.
Collins joins Republic of Ireland, Sarkic for Montenegro, Hwang for South Korea while Jimenez will join the Mexico squad although whether he will play is doubtful
Raul has joined the Mexico squad and their manager has confirmed he is not fit to play in their two games coming up. They hope he will be fully fit and firing for the World Cup. Wolves are saying a realistic target for him is the Chelsea game in two weeks. Which begs the question will Costa be ready for the game at West Ham next week
I would throw him in, he can’t do any worse than the rest.
Although I would not want him to get injured.
2) Lage’s Wolves pack looks thin at both ends
Watching a free-scoring Manchester City side rack up another three goals en route to victory must have felt something of a tease for Bruno Lage, given Wolves have managed that many across all seven of their league games so far. Summer signing Sasa Kalajdzic faces months out with a serious knee injury, Raúl Jiménez is also sidelined, Gonçalo Guedes is yet to score following his arrival from Valencia and Diego Costa may only be fit enough for the bench against West Ham after the international break. If Wolves’ bluntness is a concern, so too is the incoming three-match suspension for centre-back Nathan Collins. Wolves allowed Conor Coady to join Everton and now appear light in defence. Lage could not hide his irritation following the defeat, insisting that he wanted both a striker and a centre-back before the transfer window deadline. Wolves have problems to solve in both boxes.

Write up in one of the papers, seems every man and his dog recognises our issues except for a couple on here.
One of our forwards that doesn’t score many is Neto. In fact he’s only scored 12 in his 108 game professional career so far with 2020/21 his best season with 5
Surprised therefore to read some stats today that showed Almiron of Newcastle has had more touches in the opposition penalty area than any player in the Premier League. Mitrovic of Fulham is second and Neto third. But of course Pedro hasn’t yet scored this season. I suspect most of his touches have been on the edge or the side of the area rather than in front of goal from where most goals are scored. But at least it shows he is getting involved in the final third
Neto gets to the byline quite a bit
and then often goes back the other way
Not the same player as before his injury
He has been disappointing overall this season. Still some flashes but not like before. In part i don't think the position he is playing suits him best though.
Diego Costa and Adama Traore are now in full training with the first team squad. Costa is thought to be ready for a place on the bench at West Ham next week while Adama would be fit to start if selected
Disappointed to read that the u21 fixture against Porto due to be played on Sept 30 has been postponed for what’s described as scheduling reasons
Son and Hwang both scored for Korea today but they could only draw 2-2 with Costa Rica
