Seems like she hasn’t been able to bring two of the richest and most powerful men on the planet to justice, and they’ve paid her off to silence her.

She had a chance to take Andrew to court.
She prefered to take the money.

But he preferred to pay her off and basically admit his guilt. Still must be worth the 10m to stop all the details coming out in public.

Well Andrew certainly isn't one of the richest or most powerful men on the planet. There will be plenty richer than him in England alone, né couldn't even pay for his ski chalet.
Phil Jones will have more money than him, let alone Ronaldo, Paul McCartney has more than the Queen apparently.

Whose this cant ^
Can you really blame her for taking the money though?
If you'd been trafficked/abused years ago and already suffered so much, and you were given the option to take millions and secure your finances for the rest of your life v.s. fighting in court against rich and powerful people who you might lose to given their influence and ability to hire the very best legal teams - you might just take the money and save the hassle.
Calling her a serial claimant - well yeah, why shouldn't she? She probably wants to rinse as much as she can from the cants that did what they did to her.
Andrew admitted his guilt by paying her off. It would only be embarrassing to have to go to court if you've got plenty of gruesome $hit to hide. If he was truly innocent he'd be defiant and want to out this woman for the liar she is IMO.

But nor is it likely to make you a beacon of light either, or quell any dissent against you. Absolutely doesn't make you guilty, but paying someone millions for "what they didn't do" just to avoid publicity has an aroma about it. At least he wouldn't have sweat too much over the decision.
That interview, his historical arrogance (i've met and experienced it - horrific piece of work) and the not too small sum of money .... makes no wonder people jump to conclusions. The guy just oozes entitlement and being above the likes of you and me.

It's not an admission of guilt legally, that's true. But it's not as simple as that. I'm amazed some people think he's exonerated completely because of the pay-off.

Who's foolish? I'm broadly agreeing with you, just setting out, from my perspective, the reasons why many will see him as guilty as sin - including his own family. At the very least they believe his conduct has unbecoming. He's been looking resplendent in his military uniforms the last few days hasn't he ......
It's quite simple.
Having 'her day in Court' (exercising the process of justice) with Andrew didn't look as attractive to this woman as the huge wedge he was prepared to pay her to end it out of Court, and paying her off was more attractive to Andrew, rather than be dragged through the Courts with all that would and could come from that process, to himself and those around him. (Simply because he could get the money and most of it wasn't his).
In the end it wasn't about proving guilt or innocence on both sides, it was all about financial convenience.
We will now never know the truth unless one of them spills the beans, which I very much doubt either one would.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes thought i'd use his own terminology ......... actually unbecoming is a familiar phrase i used to hear in the military all the time. Officers did stuff unbecoming, plebs did stuff that was illegal, drunken or downright bad.
I suspect in royal circles his behaviour, legal or not, was deemed as unbecoming hence he's been given the limited choice from Mr Benn's costume shop ....
Same as workers getting the sack but management being asked to resign.
Same thing but depends on your status.

It's not an admission of guilt legally, that's true. But it's not as simple as that. I'm amazed some people think he's exonerated completely because of the pay-off.
VOF sums it up above.

Who said he's exonerated? Also why was there no criminal trial?

Oh his conduct was 100% terrible, doesn't make it illegal. I'm quite enjoying watching him not be able to wear military regalia tbh.

Nice choice or words. I presume deliberate, unbecoming was how Andrew described Epstein.

I don't think anyone is saying he categorically didn't do anything, just that settling out of court doesn't automatically mean you're guilty.
Ronaldo settled his Las Vegas rape accusation out of court as an example.

Interesting example, when you see the transcript its very clear Ronaldo is guilty in that one
