Yet another season where we have been hit by a string of long term injuries. We can be critical of the way we have played over recent years but no doubt we have had more than our fair share of serious injuries which has certainly made things difficult for our last two managers

I hope the next manager stops playing Ait-Nouri as a full back and lets him realise his full potential as a winger. IMO he would be the best option we have as an alternative to Neto

Will be interesting to see how it plays out for Ait-Nouri the next couple of years, no doubt he has the tools to play further up the pitch. I don't think he is bad as a standard full back anyway but he would certainly be better suited as a wing back and I suspect that is where he will end up when he moves to a bigger club and that could well happen next summer.

Ait-Nouri is a very talented player, but he does make things worse for himself when he gets himself forward in good positions, only to either put in a bad cross, or stop and play the ball backwards. Semedo is a better wing back than a defender, but we'll see how this all pans out in the next couple of hours.
