Nothing to do with it being a betting company. United have a legitimate sponsor. City have made one out of thin air.
----------------------------------------------------------------------That shouldn’t need explaining.

HTH have also signed a partnership deal with Manchester United, although little mention of it. Could be a ‘white label’ gambling company that doesn’t want too much scrutiny from Gambling Commission. HTH also have deals with Wolfsburg, Lille & AC Milan but no sign of UK website.
This 8xbetting company kidnap people from Thailand and to work in their call centres across the Myanmar border...

And realistically you have no idea what other “offers were on the table”. And tbh I doubt you have any interest either, rather just give another opinion as fact to suit your weird obsession with a narrative about Uniteds wealth being earned and Citys not.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
False narrative. Happened to be top of the pile because of some dodgy Fergietime when Sky ruined football. No more and no less than that and saying otherwise is believing in the Easter Bunny.
There’s a conversation to be had here, no question, but as United fans we can’t really make it about some sort of unfair advantage because the money our club has spent and wastage is obscene.
What is fair to question, though, is the foreign ownership, hidden deals and profiteering that is going on within football - particularly when lower leagues, youth development etc. is pitifully underinvested.
United appointing David Moyes and spending crazy money on mediocre players has nothing to do with city's dodgy finances. If United can win the league again soon then they will relinquish the player pulling power they once had.
Dodgy fergietime?
Comments like that are just as pathetic imo.
yeah united have wasted money, but i am completely understand that there money comes from having such a massive fan base, that goes for all the top sides, bar 2.

United still have pulling power, they managed to nab Casemero and Sancho for a mere £150m.

But how would a smaller club ever compete without a cash injection?

Leciester had all their debts cleared, were given a decent transfer kitty and enough money to pay their squad a decent but not excessive wage.
It was a great launchpad for success but it still took a decent manager and a situation where the main contenders were rebuilding and/or had changed manager.

What City have done and continue to do is simply not fair; there must be an even playing field, yet they breach every rule!
For goodness sake when will something be done?!!
The way their fans make excuses is cringe too, they all know deep down they’re committing fraud but try to lie their way around it. Bomdia, GratedBean and Boris are just like flat earthers, such is their denial.

The sky TV deal means that Rangers and Celtic are out spent by lower PL and championship clubs. In what world should clubs that have massive fan bases and play in Europe be unable to spend so little in comparison

They competed in 2015-16 and that was answering your question
For the sake of football City should be punished. They’ve been at it for years and a blind eye is turned. They’re killing the soul of football ffs!!!
I read an interesting interview with Omar Berrada, City's CFO.
Talking about UEFA, he said that many of the 'established' clubs just have their accounts rubber stamped.
He went on to say City had to account for every pencil, every piece of paper and every cartridge for the printer. Everything is scrutinized in the finest detail "We have to make sure everything is 100% transparent".
This is why I find it amusing that the desperate, the disappointed and the disillusioned amongst you will believe any old shytte you read on Twitter.
