He’s shocking.
The fee for him outrageous considering his lack of technical ability. Replaces Origi
Nunez scared the living daylights about of Akanji and Dias. He will come good.
He's trash - and you know it.
I would have thought you guys learned your lesson after Andy Carroll, but apparently not.
Suspect klopp will round off his edges and make him a very effective striker. Elliot was shocking though
And for anyone who thinks I'm just bashing him because he's on the LFC roster, I called it with Timo Werner as well.
Everyone was saying Werner was a top player but even when he was at Leipzig I was telling everyone how bad he was.
Anyone who uses the word roster has no business talking about football.

Slept on Sancho though, didn’t you, oh all seeing?
Just as a reminder LiquidGenuis assured me Pepe would become the "apex winger" in the Premier League so...
Was a bit of a strange cameo to say the least. Had plenty of opportunities against city who were basically playing bernado silva at cb and kept messing it up.
The world deserves a werner and Nunez front line.

He has such good movement and mad acceleration for this size but he just makes things happen.
Which bit was world class?
He does look rapid. Hard to judge him off that game though. Obviously city all over the place chasing the game and also he was evidently amped up with the atmosphere and so forth.
Will be a nightmare for defenders when he’s in that type of mood
How you can have the audacity to pen an article like this after that performance and the season generally is beyond me.
Had you said “the jury is still out” or “he’s young, with potential, just needs a bit of time and coaching”, that’s fair enough; to say he’s great after coming on and fluffing the three best goal scoring opportunities in the game for either side just seems purposely incendiary.

He has ridiculously good movement.
He also seems to be judged really harshly by many.
Take £50m man Richarlison with no Prem goals for example. I'm not trying to strawman it really but Nunez's numbers are actually very good.
Hes a handful i still like the look of him even with the rawness, just turned 23 lot of room for improvement. I think he will settle and improve over time. Still on us to get the best out of him too as he is an asset for sure.
For someone who scored a shed load of goals, he looks pathetic. But there is some good qualities, however the main qualities you need he currently lacks.
The no pass to Salah when 3 on 1 is just not good enough, that's a pass you expect even strikers playing for bottom clubs to make.
Reminds me of Niklas Bendtner, but so did Patrick Bamford today for Leeds

Richy is overrated yeah
But Nunez has been a poor signing so far I'd say. Not sure where this 'raw' thing comes from - he's played 150 competitve games and is 4 years older than Harvey Elliot.
He might come good but looks a long, long way from replacing Firmino, let alone Mane or Salah
If Nunez gets 15 goals and 5 assists all comps this season (and he will) I'll be happy enough at this stage.
He's brainless, can't kick a ball, and trips over his own feet a lot
Good apart from that.

Just 1 less goal than Jesus with 400 mins less
I'll discount the charity shield so Nunez is on 3 goals in 485 minutes.
I'm pretty sure some fans on here have not watched all of those minutes and I'm certain they don't follow the Portuguese league so there are some pretty strong comments on here all things considered.
That's fine, mine are too, but they seem to be based on something tangible.
4 in 515 if the charity shield against City counts.
poor signing so far? id say hes changed a lot of games had impacts and looked a real handful in the few minutes hes had. only disappointed with the silly red card.
changed the game vs city in the community shield changed the game to rescue a point vs fulham etc
