I think klopp just got caught up in the moment

It’s ok Liverpool are not sponsored by a state, they are sponsored by super rich people instead.
Is there a lot of difference and does it matter you ask?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
moronic comment.
if millions of LFC fans pay over all the commercial entities that sponsor LFC they can get a certain turnover having worked for more than a decade to build it.
mean time city with their half filled stadium magic fake companies out of thin air and apply emirates "sponsorship" to create the worlds highest revenues from nowhere.
If you look at the chart of city revenues from the year they got done for faking numbers but used expensive litigation to dela the case til it timed out then you will see the truth of this.
in 2014 they were found to be submitting incorrectly for FFP to hide stuff away.
since then their commercial revenue has grown by over 100million pounds per year.
their match day revenue has stagnated.
It was an outrageous decision not to penalize silva. Hence the reaction.

How can a 'great' manager win one league title in eight years
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Because he's up against a state-funded oil club
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No he isn’t.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes he is
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I’d get the argument to an extent if it was made a few years ago, it’s clearly not true now though in either sense of it.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Bizarre logic. It’s irrelevant that you’re ‘now’ self sufficient as it’s a completely false position.
Let’s settle a few indisputable things here
Liverpool:
Klopp is a massive khunt
Darwin is bang average, the Uruguayan Andy Carroll
Trent can’t defend
You spend plenty of money
Man City:
Every trophy you have won since the takeover has been a cheat. Just because you are self sufficient now is meaningless, you cheated and games the system to get to this position and will never be revered or respected like some clubs are because of this.
Pep is also a massive belle end
Curly Watts aside, you have a largely plastic fan base, some of whom take it as far as dressing as plastic chairs when going to games

So Klopps reaction is justified then. 👍
I love Klopp. The officiating was clearly biased and I live that he let them have it instead of just being polite while being robbed like most managers do.
Failing to give that foul and allowing City to counter attack us, and also missing the fact that Silva tried to back into Salah and elbow him. And Klopp is the bad guy for protesting biased officiating. Not Pep also getting in the central refs face(Klopp was linesman)? Not Silva trying to elbow an opponent?
Fans are stupid. Actually backing City and Pep in this grudge with Liverpool and Klopp.
Failing to support Klopp in instances like this one is why your puny trophyless clubs will always be robbed by the bigger teams and forced to bankrupt yourselves to keep up with oil money, while you keep crying about corruption in the Prem year after year to console yourselves at the lack of success
Enjoy the mediocrity you nincompoops. You deserve every but of it for being stoopid, especially Spurs fans, some of whom are extremely thick.

It’s not exactly rocket science. We were owned privately by an incredibly rich billionaire who pumped in significant amounts of equity to make us what we are today. We’re now also part owned by Chinese and US investors as well. Equity wise, we haven’t had anything in from Mansour in five years or so or from those investors.
We aren’t state owned like PSG or Newcastle, they both have different models and ambitions (and so won’t sell even part of their clubs to other investors).
His point is that the "self sufficient" thing is irrelevant and most City fans know this when they bring it up. The "equity", aka billions of pounds was already invested and everything gained from it afterwards carries it's signature.
