The pen was harsh, player was stumbling before the contact and he tried pulling his hand away!

Against the run of play as well!

Add that to two similar contacts on MGW and Yates not given 🤬

Still the positive is that we have played well and been better team

The biggest cheats in football aren’t the players its the officials. I can’t believe that the Brentford penalty is given and the clear/blatant push on Yates is not a fouled, how is that not cheating by Mason and Mariner, i know refs usually wear black shirts, but Mariner had may as well put a Brentford shirt on, only surprise is our goals wasn’t found to be ‘offside’.

Hendo touched the ball before his hand brushed the leg of the attacker. There was absolutely no way was that a penno.

Disgraceful...

Obviously a ‘slight touch’ by a Brentford player in the box is different to a ‘slight touch’ by a Forest player.

Leeds come from 3-1 down v Muff, and now lead 4-3, if only we could put some of our chances away.

What a chance for Awoniyi, but no surprise he heads over.

We deserved at least that!

May feel like a win - but you really did need to win that. Drawing at home against Brentford ain’t gonna keep you up

You certainly didn’t deserve to lose it though

Ball didn’t seem to touch Yates, but I wouldn’t have been surprised had it been chalked off. Good point in the end but we really need to be winning these games. Only one point short of Derby’s record, which to be honest must be the objective now, i don't see any chance at all of us staying up, we are too easy to play and score against.

Thing is Dave, when you look at the league table it’s far to tight to say who will be relegated at this point. Also we are improving, example today MGW best performance to date.

I take your point that we easy to play against, we look far too vulnerable as soon as we show any ambition in a game.

I was surprised when Cooper took off Freuler. For me, he was our best player today.

In the end even Mariner and his cronies couldn’t rob us of a point. We certainly deserved at least a point, but the amount of points we are dropping from ‘winning’ positions will without doubt see us relegated. 3 points next week against Palace will keep us in touch, but I’m not convinced that is going to be enough.

Thank god we equalised. Feel that could be a huge point, especially if we beat Palace.

Ryan Yates just said that the ref told him at halftime that it was push but outside the area. If that is so, why didn't we even get a free kick?

Mariner is bleddy awful.

One on MGW looked a pen but he made a meal out of it. Looked like Henderson got a touch to ball but could argue striker was in control. Either way, we played very well at times and looked dangerous. Can’t understand why Mangala isn’t getting more minutes though. And we need more pace at CB

Agree about Mangala but can’t argue with Kouyate’s performance, until he appears to run out of steam later on. As for the centre half pairings, we lack pace and a simple ball over the top catches us out too easily, same as at Everton, we are just learning our lessons. It still doesn’t help when you get this appalling standard of officiating week in week out, not only do they hide behind VAR, it then consistently gets it wrong. Of the FOUR penalty shouts, the one given was possibly the softest to be awarded.

Check out the Pen Man City were given in injury time v Fulham, if that’s a pen, then how are none of the three we claimed not given ?? We talk about consistency, all we ever get is inconsistency. Not VARs fault, but the interpretation changes official by official, where as the rules remain the same. Puzzling.

I thought we were desperately unlucky and that was the best we’ve played so far this season.

We should’ve had at least one penalty.

The performance gives me confidence that we will stay up. A big call, but any other day we win that.

3 points against Palace is vital.

Where is Waltzing today?

He offers me any bet, which I take. I then offer to take his own bet…and silence. What a fraction of a man.

The only thing going down faster than Udders…is a Huddersfield lass looking for a free kebab.
