why cant Mourinho adapt to different types of people ? is he so rigid that he can only work with one type of personality?

poor manager who can only manage one type of player. the more you talk about it the more you make it out that Jose struggles to motivate players that are unable to don it themselves. the need to be that steely type that dont really need the motivated.

Where did he go? Did he join Real Madrid? No, Wolfsburg we’re the best team that wanted him. Mourinho was right, he wasn’t ready to be a starting player at a team of Chelsea’s level.

you have basically Pidgeon holed Jose into only being able to motivate the steely, highly professional types of players... you know the ones that dont really need motivating !!!

Yes but city didn’t want him immediately which proved mourinhos point. He still needed to grow and develop, he just could have done that at Chelsea instead of throwing a tantrum and joining furrrking Wolfsburg

Why does Mourinho adapt to the players but the players don’t adapt to Mourinho? Look at Roma, Mourinho has the support of the club and the players are falling in line. If Tottenham and Man Utd had such strong owners, they’d have won premier league titles with Mourinho.
