Sore one for Man U. Late equaliser for Palace.

Aye 3 points.

Not great but a win is a win and a few promising signs

Goal difference improved by 3. Pleasing.

Don’t forget there’s still the end of season VAR review. We’ll probably lose a fair few.

Good performance, job done, 4 goals , still a nice 9 point gap and 3 more goals added to the GD over Rangers. Let’s just keep ticking off the league games one at a time

Kobayashi and Johnston both superb tonight. One slack pass between them all game.

Both of them upgrades on the squad it looks like.

Enjoyed that. Really good performance. Brilliant pass from Hatate and some finish from Kyogo for our second goal. Must be in with a shout for goal of the season.

Kobayashi had a decent debut. Got to grips with the physical challenge of Main and the other CF as the game went on. Looks fairly comfortable on the ball. Some save from Hart right at the end as well.

Gogic is a fud.

Get it right up VAR as well. Good to see when things aren’t left up to interpretation that there’s more positive outcomes for us.

So, after tonight
Rangers still 9 points behind.
Rangers a goal per game behind on Goal Difference
Hertz (3rd) a point per game behind.
Dandies (in a Euro spot) fewer than half the points.

Diddies, eh. Aye Berrz, that includes you. 😁

No it's not

Been delighted with Man Utd recently but fearing a hiding from Barca next month. Barca are really finding form again.

However I maintain hope that Utd will continue to improve before it

I was talking about that last night. I don't think I'd have the energy to support more than one club. I don't know how people do it.

I think there's also something here about the difference between being a supporter and a fan, which in my mind at least are two different things.

Onto more important stuff though.

That decision yesterday to postpone the Livi-United game, and the way it happened, was tinpot.

At 3pm the 4th official (who apparently is detested by most Junior clubs in Dundee for the way he treats Dundonian teams) decided the pitch was playable. Liam Fox was apparently there and said at the time the pitch wasn't playable at all.

3.5 hours later the game gets called off, despite the weather being exactly the same.

Once again the travelling supporters are not considered in the decision making process.

I tried to follow an English team when I was younger but I realised I just didn't care enough to call myself a supporter and now couldn't give a schit about them.

I do like watching English football but I like to offer my support on a match by match basis.

I agree with that. A Celtic result have the ability to ruin or make my week. A Man Utd loss wears off soon enough but it is still a team I go out of my way to watch and get to games when I can

Just the two Rangers, new and old.

might as well afore Pointy get it in there

Anyway, onto the real team.
Feet were freezing first half. Plenty more jumping slot second half.

Coming 3 days after hampden it really made me realise how much the atmosphere is sucked out that stadium, genuinely a better atmosphere last night.

I had 3 bovrils to keep warm though, so I’m ridiculously dehydrated today
