It's a tough one with Mclaren. Piastri as race leader would normally have pitted ahead of Norris and that would have most likely kept his advantage. The only reason Norris was given pit window preference was to cover off Hamilton and that was explained to both Mclaren drivers at the time.

Piastri could have kicked off about that decision saying I couldn't care less about Norris and Hamilton, I have earnt the right to pit first so feck off.

Did have a hollow victory feel though

I'm still baffled by the Ricciardo strategy more than anything else. Get passed at the start by the cars on soft tyres, then pit at exactly the same time, negating all advantage they had from starting on the softs.

He'd pit twice before Tsunoda had even pit once. What were they playing at?

The whole cover Hamilton reason was nonsense thought. Even with piastri pitting first they would have achieved that.

This Mclaren team are new to racing up front. It comes with mistakes and a learning curve.

This season for RB is shaping up like the season Brawn had when Jenson won it. Fast first half and then hanging on by their teeth to win it in the end.

Only just noticed Max has a grid penalty. Was gonna say that I figured Max would get back to winning ways here as its a high speed circuit.

Will be interesting to see how far Max can get through the field.

Looking forward to his radio communications

Max needs pole to get 11th. He and RB look quick here so would fancy him to get 4th or 5th. Big race for Perez who will look a bit ridiculous if he finshes behind Max on Sunday. Mclaren should get the 1-2 which would be deemed boring if it was RB but McClaren are allowed to do that.
