What happened for his GF to change her mind, marry him, and have a child with him?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Probably got a sheload of cash. Let’s face it. I’ll be very very surprised if it was anything else. It will also likely be the main reason he’s not been found guilty.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I know a woman in her thirties who's had kids consecutively with three abusive partners. With the last, they were pretty much penniless when her mum took them and their newborn baby in. One day she found him dragging her daughter around by her hair, tried to intervene, and ended up getting shoved into a wall too.
The mum - herself the widow of a violent, wife-beating alcoholic - demanded and obtained a restraining order.
The daughter, however, backed down and dropped the charges. Instead, she eloped with her abusive partner to the States, leaving the baby and her three other kids behind.
Very often in cases of domestic abuse, it has little or nothing to do with money and everything to do with people not knowing how to deal with their own childhood traumas.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This.
How is it possible to live in 21st century Britain and not have any clue about the dynamics of and relative psychologies involved in abusive relationships? Do people not read books or newspapers, or even watch the television?
There are countless women who act in the way (we’re postulating that) Harriet Robson has who return to violent abusers who don’t have a single penny to their names.

You are right of course. But in this case a shed load of cash wouldn't go amiss.
So you would like him to come back, play for another team (potentially premier league) en route success why??
What should the boy do? Should he be condemned for life with no work? Are you happy for him to idle about and pay towards his upkeep??

He can go and do what he wants if someone else wants to employ him. But I don’t want him to be our problem anymore as I’d like to think (naively probably) that the club would have some kind of moral stance on the matter and would realise he’s blown his chance at United. Who cares if he’s a success elsewhere? Some things are bigger than football.
Why do tories like raapists so much?

The club has shown an excellent moral stance on the issue to date. If they were to welcome him back I wouldn’t really put that down to lack of morals.
He hasn’t been found guilty of anything at the end of the day.
Would it be best for all concerned if he moved on, hell yes.

People like Scholay have an unhealthy obsession with winning at all costs (see his obsession with getting the Qataris in). He only wants Greenwood to stay because he thinks he’s world class. If it was McT who’d done this he’d probably be the first to say ‘get out of the club’.

Unhealthy obsession with winning at all costs?? Yes, it has served me very well in life if that's what you call it.
Served the likes of Michael Jordan very well. Too bad I don't have his level of talent at anything.
Mcsauce should leave my club even if he turns to mother Theresa. What a weird and ridiculous take

So you make no judgement at all about him based on that recording? Would you be happy for him to be with your daughter after hearing that? Normal humans are able to make their own judgments about these things and take it into account when deciding whether or not the want them to play for their club or not.
I have integrity and won't let my daughter stay with any man like that because of Pound signings. What's that to do with her father and his take on this?
I wouldn't want Giggs anywhere near my daughter if I had one. Do I care Giggs played for Manchester United, not one bit. What is your point here?

Surely one cannot be this obtuse!!
The abuser is welcomed back by the girls Father. They are getting married.

Of course carry on with your strawman fallacy of condensing down to, ' you said you want a woman abuser playing for united. ' You will get a lot of support from the moral idiots in 1,2......

So you would like him to come back, play for another team (potentially premier league) en route success why??
What should the boy do? Should he be condemned for life with no work? Are you happy for him to idle about and pay towards his upkeep??
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He can go and do what he wants if someone else wants to employ him. But I don’t want him to be our problem anymore as I’d like to think (naively probably) that the club would have some kind of moral stance on the matter and would realise he’s blown his chance at United. Who cares if he’s a success elsewhere? Some things are bigger than football.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The club has shown an excellent moral stance on the issue to date. If they were to welcome him back I wouldn’t really put that down to lack of morals.
He hasn’t been found guilty of anything at the end of the day.
Would it be best for all concerned if he moved on, hell yes.

Why do tories like raapists so much?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
People like Scholay have an unhealthy obsession with winning at all costs (see his obsession with getting the Qataris in).

They do have a man that was accused of rape currently controlling the middle of their pitch. I believe Partey is actually currently on extended bail for that case as still ongoing. But hey, they have an " obsession with winning at all costs"

Did she hear it? Did the father hear it? What's it to do with me they have accepted him back and sent their blessings for him to marry their daughter.
I do not care one iota for people like this. My worry is for the child in Africa now not knowing where his next meal or water is coming from. Move on and worry about yourself, this is millionaire issues.

ME: This is not of my business, let the fella play.
Of course carry on with your strawman fallacy of condensing down to, ' you said you want a woman abuser playing for united. ' You will get a lot of support from the moral idiots in 1,2......
