What about that chance morelos had btw. Wide open and managed to avoid scoring.
I like johnston and thought he had a good game, but that chance and taverniers second both came from being completely unmarked at back post
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Hmmm, I looked on them as an overload on him cos someone else hasn't done their job. Letting the man at the back go free is the right thing to do in that circumstance.

Aye, that's true, our backpost, at those two chances was wide open.

This is true, he's tucking in because someone else isn't doing their job.
Not so much an issue with him as much as an issue with our defensive shape
I'm watching the Jelly and Ice cream OF match.
Anyone remember the scorers?

Beale is ridiculous, claiming handball for the second, clearly hasnt seen it or he would know how absurd that is.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He’s an imbecile. An absolute idiot. I’m not convinced Rangers aren’t failing some duty of care by allowing him to speak in front of a camera.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I wouldn't like to have a conversation with him. I'd probably end up landed with a six plate corsa with an extended warranty.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Playing Mooy after being out for that length of time could have easily cost us. Even the man himself knew it and yiy could see the look on his face when yet again he was caught in possession and grabbed the ankle to pull down whoever it was from breaking away.
Unless there is something wrong with Hatate, then I’d expect him back before the split whilst also giving Mooy the chance to get back to match fitness.
Really positive about the semi final after yesterday but man, am I getting fed up with our continual pisss poor performances against Rangers. One day we’ll turn up properly.

You probably get so used to over years that you don’t even notice and then - laughably - develop the audacity to think you’re in some way victimized when in truth you’re pandered to and given more or less free reign to do what you like, just in case your fat fans riot on the street.
I would think.

Fair play for showing up but. I have a horrible feeling a few posters are going to suddenly find the forum poor quality again. Not like when they win. Then it’s fine.

If Mooy has lost so much match sharpness or fitness in so short a time then we have a problem!
Has another year to go after this season. Remarkably TM still values him at Eur5m and they are usually low ball numbers. I'd be looking to move him on in the summer even for £1-2m assuming the club will make some CL dosh available to strengthen?
I'd like to see quite a few moved on TBH.
Who would you move on in the Summer Silver?
Mooy?
Walsh?
Ralston?
Bernibei?
Bain?
McCarthy?
Forrest?
Ajeti?
Soro?
Barkas?
Scales?
Gucci?

I’d be happy enough to keep Mooy. Agree with CS on the rest of that list.
I like Mooy and he's been a good signing but we can do a lot better than him.
Don’t think we can let go of too many homegrown players without getting into bother when it comes to champs league squad naming. Because of that I’d keep Walsh, Ralston and Forrest.
