Cheers dude.

Cheers Goldie,
Another hard to predict, maybe Villa will stutter again, but I would take a point now to ease any lingering relegation fears.
Settle for 1-1.

Agreed, Neto should start , need a more sensible balance and formation, very early start for me as supporters club train from London is early

Well done HCL, a true supporter. Sadly for me at my age where I live and health situation its not possible to get there, but my heart is always there on matchdays.

Julen needs to get a settled side next year, he has no excuses, but would like to see a fighting end to this season.

Suspect we will see a real tight performance after the battering last week with the emphasis on defending.

Sort of hope so Cinci. I'll be OK with 0-0.

I’m going to this one

Another huge loss on the match threads 👍

Actually, I'll be there too, so maybe I'm not OK with 0-0.

Good turn out then from us lot then, this thread will be even deader than usual 😃.

Villa fan at work today was confident of a win for them. Didn't tell him I thought he was probably right mind.

Semedo back in training today but doubtful for Saturday. Bit of a selection dilemma there. Jonny could come in I guess or Lembikisa? Don't want to see any of that 3 CB nunes at wingback nonsense we had last week.

We'll win this 2-1
I'm going also

should be a good atmosphere, I imagine the “build a bonfire “ song may get an airing or two as well as “ we are the boys from the Black Country “

Suppose we'll get some of the usual Villa bods getting on the train at Crewe, they are usually quiet on the train but then burst int song (did you know they conquered europe in 1982?) when they get close to the massed ranks of plod at wolvo station. Wouldn't like to second guess the team selection or the score

yeah pretty much impossible to pick the line up here.

Hopefully a front three of Costa and two others for a start. Would love to see Ait-Nouri back in but can't see it.

Wouldn't be surprised with a back five though which would be a shame.

Anyone seen the goal of the season nominations?

Fack me!!

Cricket season for me now, so can't make this one.

Looking like it will rain all day tomorrow in the South West though, so likely my match will be called off and I can catch this on a stream.

If my sources are accurate, we won’t be seeing RAN in a Wolves shirt again unfortunately

I took a look, sadly with our lack of goals we don’t have an entry although we had a couple of efforts worthy of a chance. Jonny,s effort was certainly better than a couple of the selections, but of course that have to include the big six.

I've noticed a few Villa fans on that train recently when they've been at home. You get quite a few away fans too that drink in Stafford or penkridge before the game rather than all trying to cram in to walkabout in wolves.

It was fun when we've been above them in the league and they started singing their 1982 songs at the station and we could give it back with mind the gap. Sadly they've got something to crow about this year, us not so much.

It's going alright thanks. Getting older though now and starting to feel it. Had a back injury a few years ago and lost a few mph from my bowling. When I moved to the South West I bought a house walking distance from the local cricket club. They play a level below where I should be playing, so I'm enjoying being a big fish in a small pond - opening the bowling, batting at 4 or 5 and fielding in the better positions. Won the league last year so should be more of a challenge this year.

Spending coronation day with stepson, a villa fan. Didn't realise when it was arranged that we were playing them the same day.
