Man City bang another nail

Yep. The financial dopers win again. All whilst Arsenal, who’ve done things properly, get nothing. Who said cheaters never prosper?

To be fair they made a great signing with Haaland. This title was more down to a great signing and Pep relentlessness to win.

I always said if City signed Haaland it was game over for everyone else.

The one thing I will never understand is how Saints knocked City out of the League Cup and stopped them winning the quadruple.

Man City were terrible that game and deserved to lose. Even when the big hitters came on they couldn’t do anything. Sometimes you get games like that. I can see Real Madrid knocking them out. I hope so anyway.😂

Can't see it I'm afraid.

I'm saying 3-1 to City.

Arsenal are the true champions this season, full of integrity, unlike cheaters City

The OP is a typical Liverpool fan! Crying about another team’s spending! If Liverpool were in the same boat as City he’d be chirping away from his perch! Instead he’s playing the victims card claiming City are ruining football!

The league is certainly losing its spark. They’re so dominant.

Had Arsenal won it, it would have been great for the chasing pack. Particularly given how they would have gone about it.

Arsenal have operated on a shoestring last 5 years;

City are no more dominant than United were in the 90s and 2000’s, nor more dominant than Liverpool were in the 80s. It’s been over 40 years since there wasn’t a dominant force in top flight English football.

And there are several times before that when one team won more than others over the course of a decade.

Not only that, but compare it to Spain and Italy and Germany. Who the dominant teams in those leagues have been. Even Scotland for gods sake.

If City are a reason for league football losing its spark, then league football lost its spark a long time ago.

Without cheating though and being bankrolled by a middle Eastern nation. I think it's important to add that important foot note.

We did it twice under Fergie too. 99-01 and 08-11.

City are a fantastic team there's no getting away from it but the fact it's a product of oil money and also blatant forging of financial figures it will never match that of the great Liverpool and Utd sides.

At least they win games fair and square on the pitch, even if they are doped to the eyeballs off it. They don`t play with a team of 13 men like some other clubs.

What they do on the pitch is because of what happened off it though. You've can't have it without the other.

They had a sheikh as owner with billions to spend and they could have stayed within the rules and still been successful such was their advantage. But they saw a shortcut and started making us sham companies and inflated sponsorship money.

City did this all to themselves.

With SAF’s teams you could see the life cycle coming to an end.

I don’t see that here. Every chance City will win 3 of the next 3.
