He's been a rabbit in the headlines, I feel bowling first this test was more about doing what stokes didn't want. I think you still have to stick with him.

He is a world test champion and taking the Ashes back home with him. He should continue. A nice easy home series against Pakistan coming up later this year.

Honestly, if India pick ashwin we don't win that game. And could easily have lost the ashes too. The quality in the squad has masked him captaincy to a degree.

Fair comments. Cummins is an absolutely magnificent bowler and competitor, but I’d rate his captaincy alongside Root’s.

Great performance from England today and a great series which I think is fairly reflected in the 2-2 score. A

Australia imo weren't great, but were good enough to win two tests.

England were great in patches but made some awful errors as well. They were unlucky at old trafford but ultimately only good enough to win two tests.
