I'd accept this if Bayern gave us one of their better players in the deal too
Keep him Devon. The problem with selling him now is that we won’t get a decent replacement, especially as we’re not in the CL.
Hopefully Kane stays, helps fire us back to the CL and then he goes next summer. Spurs have the financial clout to then bring in another top striker - especially as Kanes wages will be gone and we would have CL revenue again.
The ideal replacement for me would be Evan Ferguson at Brighton - they would want £90m ish I would imagine given his age
For £100m I’d sell to BM assuming Kane wants to go.
Never convinced about player swaps.
£80m alone is tricky - but I’d rather that then he goes to another EPL team on a free next season.

Why would one of Bayern's better players join a team that finished 8th in the PL, is selling its best player and who have got a new managed that is untested at the top level?

I think that you would probably be better off keeping him too. But the CL places are going to be competitive this season. And when Ferguson moves, I suspect that there will be serious competition for his signature too. I wouldn't be against United going for him.

It’s always competitive, but with an extra spot this year, no European distraction and what you would expect to be a harmonic mood in the camp we have a great chance if we improve the defence.
Very few teams out score us with Kane and we’ve added Maddison now. It’s crucial we improve defensively, but if we do then we have a real chance.
The queue for Ferguson will be huge, but if we’re in the CL, Kane gone and Ferguson basically guaranteed to start, big money, London, etc - we will be a serious consideration for the lad.

If I were a Spurs fan, I'd like to see one last season and hope to see Harry lift a trophy, any kind, both for the club and for him, and because it's one of those things that would become a huge part of the club's folklore.
Considering that you're reported as being one of the most profitable clubs in Europe, though, then it's hard to shake the impression that whatever happens is ultimately just going to be a business decision.
