Yes I'd say if you're not in to any music that's come out in a decade or more, you're more into nostalgia than music.

I prefer the Beatles stuff from 65 onwards.

Apart from that, Oasis, Radiohead, Bryan Adams, pre 90's.

I do like some Westlife stuff!

The Beatles
David Bowie
Nirvana
The National
Radiohead

Would probably be my top 5, but it’s all pretty fluid. I listen to a lot of Chemical Bros and Leftfield type stuff too without ever considering those artists as my all time favourites.

Saw The National at Madison Square Garden last Friday, two hour set, they were brilliant. Seeing Muse in Manchester next month, they’re great live.

My music collection has much worse mate

I like the music of my growing up. But I prefer to see where music is going over where it's been.

Too many to mention and my favourite list changes all the time, at present it will be (in no particular order):

Motorhead
Jimi Hendrix
Nirvana
Shonen Knife
Manic Street Preachers
Sex Pistols

I love Psycedelic Trance
Favourites are Sphongle , Infected Mushroom , Astrix, GMS, Juno reactor Skazi, 1200 mics
Also love Metal and rock
Metalica , AC DC , System of a down , Rage against the machine , Led Zeplin , Black Sabath, Alice in Chains Megadeth, Iron Maiden

I’d of thought the Dave Clark 5 for sandy , massive spurs fans some good tunes too

Bob Dylan.
If I had only one choice it would be early Dylan.
I saw him perform in Manchester around 1965 with "The Band".........he had already lost the plot in my opinion, and he was booed by the audience.
His excuse....doing "new stuff".
His best was early 1963 and before.
For that he got the Nobel Prize in literature!

Early Eminem - grew up listening to him and saw him in concert
Red hot Chilli peppers, Offspring, Green Day, Foo Fighters ( love my American punk rock bands )
Also love old school garage, R&B and Dance. Stuff i grew up with as a youngster in the late 90s / early 00’s. I have a variety of music i like

Love 80s music too.

Black Lace


Seriously though, I like a lot of different music
Dennis Brown, Gregory Issacs, Alton Ellis, Oasis, Paul Weller, Amy Winehouse, Al Green, Smokey Robinson ETC....
