Yep I said that in the game thread yesterday. Young def kicked ball away and should have got the 2nd yellow before he did.

Dyce didn't mention that I see.

Konate should def off gone though

Unsure on the Konate one.

I’ve studied the replay several times and
1. His hand barely grazes Young
2. You can see how Young falls he has leant into Konate.

I think if he was sent off for that we’d all have been very upset

Ex-reds said Konate should have gone, Mike Dean said he should have gone, even Klopp thought Liverpool were lucky, but you think they're all wrong?

I can guarantee, if it had been the other way around you would have cried foul.

I don't believe Everton would have won had they kept 11 players on the pitch because they're crap, but they may have scrapped a draw because you were dire, even against 10.

It was Konate’s kick on Betos shin that was the foul, not his hand, was a definite 2nd yellow that you got away with.
Klopp couldn’t sub him quick enough after that, so stop the

Tsimikas committed at least 6 fouls consistently in less than half an hour but not a single card, and then Young commits his first foul and immediately get a yellow card?

Refs need to be braver. Anfield and Klopp get a leniency not afforded to visiting clubs and that was obvious yesterday.
Refs must be impartial and brave. Even at Anfield. Konate should be 2 yellows deffo and would like to know why the ref didn’t give it. You know he made a mistake when immediately after, Klopp subbed the Greek player.

Got away with a very big decision gone to LFC, that denied Everton equality in numbers on the field.

Even when luck goes their way they still feel victimised.

You'd have been upset regardless because you're bias. It was a blatant second yellow card. He stopped a counter attack. Those challenges always result in a yellow card.

Klopp and Liverpool have got that decision because of the Spurs game. Oliver probably too afraid to send a home player off at Anfield too. At Goodison he'd have walked for sure.

Once again the standard of reffing is absolutely woeful.

The way you lot all whined after the Spurs game you'd think you'd admit you got the run of the green, but nooooo, you still think you were hard done by. This is why you're known as the victims.

We have had played sent off this season in some cases for 0 reason. A smart manager would protect his player in that situation

I think rival fans would have more sympathy for Liverpool fans if they admitted they got lucky, but all they ever see is injustice, I say all, there are some on here who have admitted he should have gone.

Konate shouldve went. It was very similar to a rodri 1 against us a few years back where he didnt get a 2nd yellow and we were all crowing for that 1. Cant have it both ways need to just hold our hands up and admit we got away with 1.

That being said some of the nonsense on the commentary yest was next level. Mccoist wanting young let off for the good of the game. It doesnt work like that. Then questioning the pen. The everton lad literally has his arm stuck out at full legnth before diaz even kicked the ball. Nobody to blame but himself.

Anti-OP dose of reality. Whereas OP is a 7 year old blinded by his fanaticism of his club, at least this comment shows there are Liverpool fans who don't just bend the reality to suit their narratives!

I didn't hear McCoist commentary but I am in favour of refs not dishing it cards at every foul. Young's first card was overzealous to put it mildly!

Once the ref dished it out, he then refused to do the same and card LFC players - Tsimikas and Konate for example.
Without refs intervention, the game would have ended in both sides being squared. The refs swung the game to Liverpool's advantage.

Jota didnt commit any foul at all and was sent off. now thats some stupid crap there
