Since Ten Hag got the job our XG is much better than Villa.

You just miss De Gea

What a finish by watty

Sets his teams up well, mproves players, knows how to win trophies, signs good players and has big club experience.

Yeah, I'd happily take him as ETHs replacement. Bring Ollie Watkins with him as well.

Emery relies on insane efficiency to be successful. Ten Hag can be successful even with dreadful efficiency. I believe last season was our worst season in front of goal in the premierleague and he got 3rd with 75 points.

I don't want a replacement. He had a good first season, and he's been hampered by injuries, plus bedding in three new players in important positions. Also the season isn't old

We might be in a relegation battle If Emery was in charge of us as we need to outshoot Man City to average just over a goal a game.

Emery wouldn't have bought Onana tho so it wouldn't be as much of an issue

I dont want him out now, but if performances continue, he won't see out the season.

I get we have had a lot of injuries in defence, but its not just there we have looked bad. -2 goal difference after 9 games.

We are attempting more shots under Ten Hag than a lot of our title winning sides and it ain’t even hopeful shots but easy chances likes of Rashford misses each time he gets a chance. He only attempted 1 less shot than Haaland this season and had only a few less last season.

This is what he had to deal with last season.

I don’t want him to go yet either, but it’s not looking good so far.

Emery is probably the manager we need to work on finishing. Look at the goals they are scoring while not creating that much. I feel for Ten Hag but he should have got rid of the whole strikeforce after last season!

Man Utd season ended when Kane went to Bayern Munich and Greenwood left as well.

Villa looking good for top 6.

Sevilla and Villa are his level with the reduced expectations. He could fail again at a big club I reckon.

United need to just pack it in and hibernate like a bear in winter until Pep and/or Klopp leaves. No manager you can get can get you enough points in a season to outdo those two in the same season.

Nonsense. Managers can turn clubs around quickly. Look at Postecoglu. Emery. De Zebri.

De Zerbi improved upon what Potter was already doing, but point taken

I remember United used to play well on occasion and even may have won by more than one goal once or twice in the past. Though it's going back so long that I can't be sure

Still early for Postecoglu, Emery is who we are talking about and De Zerbi didn't turn anything around.

Early for Postecoglu, yes, but he has improved them quickly, and without Kane as well.

Emery is doing a splendid job. Same with De Zebri.

Emery won’t be able to motivate Martial, Rashford etc when they’re sitting on 350k a week or whatever

It's too early but he has still improved them quickly? Doesn't add up. Spurs have had good seasons and great starts in the past. Nothing new so far.

He has improved them in just 10 games. That's quick. Let's see if they can stay the course.

Slightly bizarre mentioning a manager that has finished behind United for 50% of his reign.
