No he had far more attacking output than Grealish. His general performance level certainly wasn’t better.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Attacking output is why he's meant to be in the team mate. 🙃

Grealish can get with what you're saying because he's got Haaland and others doing what Rashford did for us last season.

Put Grealish in our team and you wouldn't be saying this. You'd want more output. 😂
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Grealosh did fk all today.

The difference is grealosh has multiple players moving around him all game, making his game much easier.

We have no tactics no game plan, nowt, so when our forwards get the ball it's like "what do I do now". No player moves, makes a run or gets into a good position.

The football IQ of these numpties is low, real low.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Not sure you’re showing much football IQ if you think Grealish did nothing today to be fair. Pep would have loved his performance and said that was him back to his best for us.

Some of our fans seem to rely heavily on statistics. A player like Bernardo Silva would be a flop if he was playing for us.

This. His ability to constantly put our defence on the back foot, to keep the ball, to bring others into play with runs off of him and give our defenders different headaches (never knowing if he's going to try and beat you or lay it off to someone) was excellent throughout.

Grealish was superb. Played as part of the collective, didn't give up possession despite been pressured by some of our defenders
Rashford can only dream of that performance. He is one of the easiest people to knock of the ball, just does the same trick all the time: head down, run with the ball

Yep. Peps spoken about it before but he allows us to have control much higher up the pitch and is a big reason players like Bernardo then have a great game themselves.

It’s a different role to what he did at Villa and he won’t get the same level of direct goal involvements but it’s just as important.

I think this is why some people underrate players like Giggs. Numbers-only doesn’t tell the whole story.

Grealish was fantastic at cutting back onto his right foot and passing to someone or getting freekicks

Bruno and Rashford are quality players so dropping them would be a mistake.

Better than running down blind alleys or passing the back to the opposition.
