Imagine if Liverpool's next opponents were moaning that LFC had an extra 2.5 hours rest because of their early kick off.
====
Somebody doesn't even get it
----------------------------------------------------------------------

The principle is the same you clown....ie, 2.5 hours makes jackshiiit difference to anything in terms of rest.

If LFC can back up their gripe with examples of injuries that have happened because they've played at 1230 and not 3pm, then lets see it.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Doesn’t exist, only in the mind of Klopp - he is the only one not affected by the mind control from the Premier league, his massive teeth act like a barrier against their powers

You're the stupid one.

This article talks about players not being at peak performance levels at 1230 early kick offs because of routine and nutrition factors.

The word Injury does not even appear in the text.

Both teams are affected by the same factors so it is a moot point.

May be the better teams, the more professional outfits prepare better. May be others just moan about it!
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Liverpool Statement:

"We stand by our manager's comments and sentiments that asking our players to kick off around Mr Klopps lunch time is just not fair. Mr Klopp may now have to eat a sandwich on the coach on the way to the ground and such break from his routine may upset his tummywummy. The club has been explicit with the PL and FA that this game should have been played at 745pm, after Mr Klopps teatime and nap but in denying this request the club has decided, in the meantime, to explore the range of options available, given the clear need for escalation and resolution".

No1 can really comment because no1 else is in the same boat as Klopp and Liverpool and you can't deny that. Until other teams are then they should be the ones keeping their mouths shut.

Try Thursday night away in Portugal and early Saturday away to Chelsea - yet Liverpool think it’s a conspiracy against them.

Stats show Liverpool don’t suffer so Norbert should shut up
----------------------------------------------------------------------
One occasion? Ok cool. Also try two matches in consecutive days on opposite sides of the world in that case.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Go with 2 separate teams, simples

If Klopp is worried about the fatigue of his players then the simple solution is to not pick the South American players for the City game or any of the other international players and instead pick non internationals - if he is that worried of course

I find it surprising when manager's complain about scheduling because the fatigue criticism becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. If you're perpetually told you're tired, you become tired. Some of it is a state of mind and can be controlled. Obviously injuries happen as a consequence of tiredness but the yards you run can be affected purely by being told you're fatigued almost in the same way placebo drugs tend to work. They're not going to change the schedule, so crack on and don't complain and see how the players deal with it.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Weak mentality for sure

Norbert still not worked it out, play non internationals - then his team will be fresher than Peps - although, and I know this will really be a hardship, they will have to eat pasta at 9 in the morning

The good thing about Klippety is he loves giving a sound bite that makes him look mental. Can’t wait for the ball was too round or the refs whistle was too loud.

The Saltypudlians are losing to City and Norbert getting his excuses in early - he is worried Spurs will win at home to Villa and the narrative will change to Spurs leap frogging Liverpool despite having a ravaged team
