It's points not goals that are important.
With us being so high in the table compared to our goals scored position, it really shows how good we are at grinding out results. It is what wins league titles. It suggests we have the best defence and goalkeeper in world football. These are the things that win you titles. Not scoring lots of goals in a couple of games and losing the rest, like the likes of Fulham do.

No. Winning some games by lots of goals is great, and I wish we could do it often. But if you lose the next game you have three points. The team that wins one nil, followed aby a nil all draw has four points. And that scenario happens, winning is all.

With the huge amount of chances we concede every game, even against the poorer sides it’s important we up our goals scored tally or else we’ll lose many more games as the season goes on and won’t really progress in any meaningful way.

Some fans are in total denial and are so against another restart that they can't see what's staring then in the face.
He ain't good enough.
His major signings have all been poor. Not one of them has been a undisputed success.
Casemiro - Hit and miss. Mostly miss.
Antony - 1 PL goal and 1 PL assist in 14 mths. Woeful.
Hojlund - Incredibly raw. No PL goals.
Mount - Either injured or headless chicken
Martinez - My fav of the major signing. Two long lay offs
Onana - Taibi vibes already. Shocking with his hands.
Some folks want this Muppet to get even more money in January 😂

Goes to show how terrible Chelsea are defensively that we got into good situations so often
Bournemouth dealt with everything we threw at them pretty comfortably
V Bournemouth- 3 shots on target
V Chelsea- 9 shots on target
V Newcastle- 1 shot on target
Chelsea are probably one of the easiest sides in the league to play against from an attacking perspective as they are just so incredibly open.

A top striker wouldn't score many more goals playing in this team though. They would barely get the ball from our wide men.
Antony and Rashy/Garnacho aren't the players Harry Kane would want to play with and thrive alongside. He's miles better off where he is in Germany.
He'd score more than Hojlund has though obviously but I don't think he'd be the success some think he would be. The wingers, midfield and fullbacks aren't good enough.

As bad as we are, Kane would score plenty of goals for us as he’s just a much better (and smarter) player than Hojlund. He would get far more involved with the play and get into better positions as well as help the players around him. Was a mistake not throwing a ton of money at him.
Kane on his own would have been a far smarter purchase than both Mount and Hojlund.
