Why are you puzzled with the approach? We've seen what happens when Arsenal play an open game there, it doesn't end well.
Top tier, son of Odin () Jürgen Klopp has never won a league fixture against Pep at the Etihad. Arteta has just matched that. And if I'm being honest, I felt we were a little unlucky not to scrape a victory. The approach was fine.

I just thought Arsenal were supposed to have gone up a level this season, yet from what you say and from the game, you all still feel inferior and in awe of City.
Last season we took 0 points off City.
This season we’ve taken 4.
I’d say that indicates we’ve gone up a level.

You need to look at where we came from.
Last season everyone thought this Arsenal team was a one hit wonder. You see this is completely wrong.
We closed the gap between the big boys and this season we cemented that we are back to compete.
As Tu said before in the end we could or maybe we should have won the game. Thought overall we had the better and clearer chances to win this game.
That is what we really lacking. A killer instinct.

We did take 3 points. At the Emirates. And as I said, we were unlucky not to beat you yesterday as we probably had the clearer opportunities.
Nice to see Liverpool fans so rattled by the progress Arsenal are making under Arteta.
A lot of uncertainty round that club at the moment, and they know this is likely to be a now or never season for them.

Arsenal handed Liverpool the perfect result with their gutless performance.
Arsenal had the chances but failed to take them.Jesus was crap
Had Arsenal gone all out for a win they would probably have got thrashed.
Halaand was rubbish yesterday as well as Foden.City didnt create much either and it was the first time n 57 games that City have failed to score at home or pay the ref on time.
Arsenal being top with so many games to go would be too much pressure.
Liverpool are now favourite in my opinion and not many teams will take points off them .Not even Man Utd

----------------------------------------------------------------------
You need to look at where we came from.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You forget to mention the £220m you spent in the Summer.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I dont deny that we clearly spend well especially with Rice in our team. He improved us and helped us to be where we are.

It took a Nathan Ake og for you to win at the Emirates, you hardly hammered us considering all the money you spent and we were without a host of key players.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
City have been pathetic in both matches against us this season. You were pathetic at Anfield too. Starting to think Real can do a job on you as City have been awful in every big game this season.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Of course Real have. I fancy Real to do it this season.

“So why not go for it and take all 3 points instead of running scared? Gutless!”
These are the type of people I was referring to earlier when I said Liverpool fans are butthurt. You would think they would be happy with yesterday’s results.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Arsenal handed Liverpool the perfect result with their gutless performance.

Love when City fans have to turn to ‘all the money you’ve spent’ as an argument.

Someone has to mention it, the media only comment when it's City.
