looks like 13th is as low as we can finish now. But Fulham also look cooked for the season so 12th perhaps more likely.
FFS, 1-1 and now I will have to listen to Wolfie ridicule me for only predicting a 1-1 with a Joker
Sounded every bit as ugly as predicted.
Ha, yes but think how many more points you'd have if you hadn't so negative and down on us this season etc...
Not a bad result against a team that badly needed a win. With Cunha hopefully in the team on Saturday we will finally have a more balanced team. And if West Ham don’t win tonight then we would go above them if we could beat them at the weekend
What an absolute waste of time
Probably a bit fortunate to get the draw. I don't think we could have complained if Burnley nicked it, so I'll take the point.
I don't think we have played well for a while now, which is a bit of a concern.

Wonder if someone will spend all weekend working out where we’d be in the league if your predictions had all been correct? 😂😂
3 of the next 4 at home where our form has been really good, fancy us to pick up points against Luton and Bournemouth, maybe one at Forest too.
If we can get Hwang and Bellegarde back for the bench at least and Cunha starting, top half could still be on.

nice, just saw that
Got an 18 point joker at the weekend but not got a single point tonight 😂
Just read about Leicester's losses, must admit I'd had some sympathy for then a while back as they had resisted Rodger's calls to invest in the squad last season in an attempt to stay within the PSR threshold but seems they did no where near enough and have racked up £215m total loses over the last three years. Much of the 90m from the last period is due to Rodger's pay off, wages ( highest outside the"big" 6) lack of European football and lower PL merit payments due to finishing 18th.
This is very telling, further evidence if needed that its virtually impossible for a club of Leicester's (or wolves for that matter) size to permanently break the status quo at the top of the league. It kinda justifies the position that we took to stay in the rules despite the frustrations of many supporters. And also raises the question whether villa can continue to progress without selling players.
Certainly Leicester will have to offload anyone they can of any value to offset losses at the end of this season regardless of which division they're in. If they don't go up they're going to be right in the sh!t for sure. They went for it and just fell short but the fans had a league title and cup win to celebrate, wonder if they feel it was worth it?
GON
I was clear with the club in Jan that I feared we were overloading the players
Feared we would be in trouble if we lost forwards
Now it’s caught up with us unfortunately
We had a Prem League number 9 ready to come in, but we couldn’t pay the small amount of money
Not a pretty game to watch and somewhat lucky to come away with a point. Hat's off to Ait-Nouri for a good header, but come on, he has to put these chances away. Missed a sitter at Villa and another tonight, which, had he scored both, would have put us in front in both games. Very disjointed at the back and we clearly miss Dawson in the center. My man of the match goes to Sa, who kept us in the game more than once.

That is what happens when you have a defender being pushed forward. They finish like a defender.

See Semedo as an example. Hopeless in the final third. And of course countless other defenders that rarely if ever find themselves in that position.

Who knew?
Ait Nouri has scored 3 in the last four games but let’s focus on the chances he’s missed just in case we get accused of wearing rose coloured specs.
Definitely play him up front on Saturday alongside Cunha and Sarabia and move back to the 343 formation we are best suited to
