Diafol, possibly but I’m not sure the people I’m talking about would want to leave it up to chance.
RR, I think there’s definitely some merit in that. But considering we are in that system, it’s hard to see where we’ll move away from it any time soon.
Though I suppose it’s worth considering that to see a seismic change in the political landscape, that it isn’t likely to be a seamless transition, and that it may need to go through all the bullshiiiiiit that could come with it, before a workable PR establishment can grow.

Our students are a bit of a disappointment when it comes to protesting compared to other European countries

Even with a little bit of protest (as seen recently) the government wants to curb that even further.
