America don’t often participate in full scale direct conflicts. It’s proxy wars that allows them to sell arms, leverage the debts that these nations then put themselves in with America in terms of trade, forces nations to become reliant on the dollar, allows America to clean up when infrastructure contracts are handed out as a result of power they have over other nations and then push a hyper capitalist economic policy onto these countries where they’re sitting upon the top of it.

Most of this is imperialism 101, and America are the best there’s ever been as no empire has ever had the economic, cultural and military hegemony across the globe that they have.
