I’ve driven in rain, snow, ice, fog to well over a thousand football matches in my life. Not once has the weather stopped me going. Maybe you need a braver guardian than your wife

Chiquinho impressed in Portugal last season, so much so that the champions Sporting Lisbon expressed an interest in signing him. But after spending the pre season with Wolves the player is now saying his choice would be to remain with the club this season

Always the same with dear wolfie. Throws out insults like confetti then cries like a baby when the tide is turned, probably soon claim I’ve had a grudge against him since the First World War
----------------------------------------------------------------------

All my comments on here are about football apart from the "Clown" comment. Hardly an insult. You can call me a moron or anything else if it makes you happy, 'cos (sorry, cause) I know my remarks and comments get under your skin, especially when you come across as a know all.

Well over a thousand matches huh. Wow, that's about 60 years worth AND in the ice, snow, fog and rain and the weather hasn't stopped you once. Very impressive. Not bad for someone who lives very close to Molineux and consumes vast quantities of the old amber nectar.

Evidently Wolves are monitoring Matheus Chunha’s fitness after suffering a knee injury in their pre-season friendly with West Ham.

Not gonna lie, stories such as who won the distance race at Wolves is the stuff I am here for. I now wanna know who else finished top five.

Agreed, that’s the good stuff. Still waiting for to tell us who won the card game on the team bus from the airport?

Amazing that you can cram in so much rubbish into one post.

I can understand you thinking I’m a know all cause compared to you most people are. Apart from your lack of understanding of football your maths is terrible. 1000 games over 60 years is only 16 games a season. I’ve done more than double that every year, barring covid, for the last 40 years, so in reality I’ve probably attended closer to 2000 games. Not sure what the relevance of where I live is, but I have an hours drive to every home game and never drink enough beer to take me over the drink drive limit. I’ve been to hundreds of Wolves away games and have been to over 70 of the football league grounds. Many times in poor weather.

In summary I genuinely don’t call you a moron to insult you. I say it as a statement of fact.

Time to move on to the Palace game

When is that game? I guess the last game will be the one to tell us what GON is thinking regards to set up with the exception of Cunha likely missing out.

Interested to read the situation with Guedes and Fabio. Their book value is the amount we paid for them amortised over the length of their contract. The current book value of Guedes is about £12m and for Fabio it’s £14m

That means if we sold either of them for less than those amounts it would be a charge against sustainability. Which may result in us either keeping them for the time being or loaning them out for another year. Unless we got bigger offers

posted on 29/7/24

Pretty confident bigger offers won't be coming. Happy to keep Guedes and loan Fabio again, just maybe he will end up at the right club and have a great season.

And Ramsdale and Raya didn't play much did they. Raya played a group game but Ramsdale played the same minutes as Sa, zero.

True Oldgold but they hadn’t been on holiday and they haven’t been with their club for pre season preparation. Do wonder how much prep keepers need in that respect though

Agreed. The only safe level of alcohol in the blood stream when driving for over an hour is zero.

Totally reckless and selfish of anyone who risks the safety and lives of others for their own gratification

Noah Lemina didn’t make the grade with Wolves last season so he returned to his parent club PSG. But they are now selling him to French second division team Annecy

So now it's 2,000 games you've seen over 40 years. That's 50 games a year. Really, Pinnochio. But glad you never drink ENOUGH to take you over the limit. Just one drink ,makes you impaired and 2 takes you over the limit. Unless you're maybe Billy Bunter.

Better not go to Annapolis on Thursday cinci. You'll miss the game. It's actually on Wednesday and live on Bein if you have cable.

Too much amber nectar again

Unlucky wolfie. Not got it right again. Try reading what I said again then try and convince me I said I’d seen 2000 games in 40 years.

And having two drinks before a game then driving home 3 hours later is certainly not over the limit.

Keep trying

Looks like Molineux mix is down, wonder if the mods over there have got the hump and pulled the plug over the complaints of over moderation. They really have been ridiculous, tried to pull a "rumours from the pub" thread because it was straying off topic. How the eff can a pub banter thread go off topic?

Take it you sleep it off in the Brittannia then after your all dayer in the Newhampton before your journey home?
