I'd imagine we will be paying the stadium off over a long period so if we can raise 40-50m a season in extra revenue then it's probably wise to take it tbh.
Bayern Barca City and Arsenal take this money freely.

While keeping OT would be nice I think we have to be realistic and accept that moving forward we need a new stadium that can provide everything a club our size requires.
It’s obviously gonna cost a sh-t load, just gotta hope it won’t affect our speeding on the pitch too much.
Like others have said it would be nice if we dont just get some generic space age style stadium. Something with a bit of character that also somehow links to the area would be nice.

£2 to 6bn is eye watering stuff but a new stadium for Man Utd is well overdue, it will set up us nicely for the next century.
"Theatre of dreams" is a beautiful, evocative phrase when coming off the cuff from the a legendary footballer. But at some point around the time they trademarked it and started slapping it on merchandise, it lost its charm. If we're going down that path, why not just go the whole way and call the new stadium Disneyland for Adults?
