It's a friendly ultimately. We need to give as many players who are likely going to be here all season as we can and that unfortunately includes Antony.

When Rashford missed that chance in front of goal with no pressure on him, the commentator praised him for “what he was trying to do”. Good intentions will soon be added to the already absurd list of statistics.

No, it’s not a friendly.

Hopefully we’ll get Mount off for Zirkzee. We’d have a striker on that we can play off and then can move Bruno back into attack mid so we have a player that can play football.

It doesn't mean much. Better to win it than lose but it's a glorified friendly and still a pre season game.

Totally agree

I also think if you swap Zirkzee for Bruno you may see an improvement, Bruno’s given the ball away a bit, a bit and has no presence up top.

Mount has been okay imo. If only Bruno would take a lead from his book and play an easy pass now and again.
