I hope to God it is clickbait but there are alarming rumours that Brighton are going to push really hard to get Rutter and I'm not confident our owners would turn down a £40 million bid before the window closes and also there's still strong indications that Gnonto will attract a bid of £25 million plus and again our owners don't strike me as a group of individuals to turn down that sort of money.
If by the time the transfer window closes we have lost Rutter and Gnonto I think we'll struggle big time to get promotion whoever is brought in to replace them but hopefully this won't be the case and these are just mischievous rumours.

Macca, we lose Rutter and Gnonto and I don't see a team, just a group of individuals.
I would see a massive reaction to the sale of Rutter, what is that old film, a bridge too far, there are only so many sales you can make before you start to rip out the identity of the club.
If we lose Rutter & Gnonto we are just another
Championship team. Which would mean the 49ers
would need to add real quality. If we lost both on
the last day of the window - knowing the club
operates one out one in - we'll be short handed.
I talked about this the other day.....if Leeds received a 30/40m bid for Rutter, would you trust them to turn it down?

No. Zero chance.
And if these rumours end up being true,
we might be wondering how bad it'll be
next season with assets stripped and
last phase of parachute payments.
Lots of ifs.
49er's aren't seriously trying to get to the PL
If they sell rutter and gnonto.

Regardless of what Farke did, a quality goalie would´ve saved their first.
Their pen was not a pen. It started outside the box, and as such it should´ve been a free kick from there. At best.
I trust Farke. I do not trust Meslier. It´s time to bring in a goalie who hasn´t got holes in his gloves

Hang on, Leeds dominated the game and Portsmouth had 3 shots on goal and scored 3. 1 of which was from a 1 in hundred strike another a goalkeeper error and lastly a Pen that was a bit dubious. 9 times out of 10 Leeds win that comfortably. We looked a lot more threatening that last year and created chances on our right as well as left.
Only thing I would say is that we couldn't sustain pressure for long periods of time which was frustrating. The subs were also pretty poor though. Need about 3 players to bolster the squad but let's judge by the end of the window
